注： (1)關于地名的寫法，一般遵循從小地名到大地名的寫法。
一般順序為：室號—門牌號—街道名—城市名—省(洲)--國家
地址在名片上，應該保持一定的完整性。門牌號與街道名不可分開寫，必須在同一行，不可斷行。名種名稱不可斷開。 (3)門牌號英美寫法可有不同，英語寫No. 26美語可寫26# (4)漢語的人名，地名一般寫漢語拼音。有些譯法可以不同：如中山東路，可以譯為Zhongshan East Road,也可譯為Zhongshan Donglu Road,但象一些地名，如南天門，槐南路，就應該直寫拼音，而不能將其中某個字譯為英語。即：Nantianmeng, Huainan Road而不是South Tianmeng, Huai South Road.
