最后，先拿一個鍋子，然后，在鍋里倒點油，再把雞蛋倒進去，用鏟子在里面來回翻炒，看見雞蛋變黃了，有點硬，再把番茄倒進去，放點水，關(guān)好鍋蓋。燒了一會兒，鍋開了，放一點糖、一點鹽，我問到：“為什么要放糖呢?”媽媽說“因為放一點糖是為了能去掉番茄的酸味。”
