取消保護步驟1：視圖—宏—錄制新宏—輸入宏名如:aa(aa是可隨意輸入)
取消保護步驟2：停止錄制，這樣得到一個空宏
取消保護步驟3：同樣視圖—宏—查看宏—選aa(aa為之前新建的宏)—點擊編輯按鈕
取消保護步驟4：刪除窗口中的所有字符，復制下面的內容粘貼。一個字母、標點符號都不能少。
