基本句型：
⒈Look at the tiger. It’s running. ( look at 是固定搭配，意思是：看)
⒉詢問別人看到什么：
---- What do you see? 你看見什么了? ---- I see … 我看見…
⒊詢問什么動物正在干什么：What is / are + animal + doing?
⑴動物個數是單數時：---- What is the elephant doing? 大象在做什么?
---- It is drinking water. 它在喝水。
⑵動物個數是復數時：---- What are the elephants doing? 大象們在做什么?
---- They are drinking water. 它們在喝水。
⒋描述某種動物在干什么：The… is / are …
The panda is sleeping. 熊貓在睡覺。 The tworabbits are jumping.兩只兔子在跳。
⒌What about the baby elephant? 小象呢?
⒍It is hungry. 它餓了。
⒎That elephant is drinking water with its trunk. 那只大象在用象鼻喝水。
⒏What a big nature park! (感嘆句)多么大的一個自然公園啊!
⒐Here come two tigers. 這里就有兩只老虎。

句型轉換：
⒈肯定句→一般疑問句：把be動詞(is/are)∕can調到句首，其他保持不變：
The tiger is running. → Is the tiger running? (Yes, it’s. / No, it isn’t. )
The pandas are sleeping. → Are the pandas sleeping? (Yes, they are. / No,they aren’t. )
The tiger can swim. → Can the tiger swim? (Yes, it can. / No, they can’t. )
⒉肯定句→否定句：在be動詞(am/is/are)、情態動詞can后+ not
The tiger is running. → The tiger isn’trunning. (isn’t = is not)
The pandas are sleeping. → The pandasaren’t sleeping. (aren’t = are not)
The tiger can swim. → The tiger can’tswim. (can’t = can not)
⒊劃線提問：
⑴ The tiger is running. →What is the tiger doing?
The tigers are running.→ What arethe tigers doing?
⑵ I see five birds. → What do you see?
⑶ I see five birds. →Howmany birds do you see?
知識延伸：
⒈在英語中，當表示媽媽時，無論是人類的媽媽還是動物的媽媽，都可以用she來指代。
如：----What is the mother elephant doing? 大象媽媽正在干什么?

⒉詢問某人是不是正在做某事：be動詞+人物+V-ing?
---- Are they catching butterflies?
---- Yes, they are. / No, they aren’t.
⒊What do ants like to eat? They like sweet food. 螞蟻喜歡吃什么?它們喜歡甜食。
⒋That is interesting. 太有趣了。
⒌Come and have a look at the ants. 過來看看這些螞蟻。
⒍Do an experiment on me, please. 請用我來做實驗。
⒎He is in the woods. 他在樹林里。
⒏Tell him we’re leaving. 告訴他我們要離開了。
⒐She is running to us. 她正向我們跑來。

知識延伸：
⒈表示用什么做實驗時，要用on，如：Do an experiment on me, please.
⒉It is time to后面接動詞原形，如：It is time to have lunch. 到吃午餐的時間了。
Itis time for后面接名詞，如：It is time for English class. 到英語課時間了。
⒊單復數：
butterfly—butterflies蝴蝶 leaf—leaves葉子 insect—insects昆蟲
wood樹木— woods樹林 ant—ants螞蟻
★可數名詞變復數的變化規則：
①一般在詞尾加s，如：books、bags、fruits、girls、pens、
②以th結尾的名詞，詞尾+s，如：months、mouths、paths
③以s、x、z、ch、sh結尾的名詞加es，如classes、boxes、peaches、fishes
④以輔音字母加y結尾的名詞，變y為i再+es，如：family-families 、
baby-babi es
以元音字母加y結尾的名詞直接在詞尾+s， 如： boy-boys、day-days、
toy-toys
⑤以輔音+o結尾的名詞，詞尾+es ，如：tomato-tomatoes 、potato-potatoes
但某些卻是+s，如：photo-photos、
以元音+o結尾的名詞，詞尾+s ，如：zoo-zoos、radio-radios、
kangaroo-kangaroos
⑥以f、fe結尾的名詞變f、fe為ves,如：wolf- wolves、life-lives、knife-knives
★ 目前已學的不可數名詞有：
bread面包 rice米飯 honey蜂蜜 water水 juice果汁 meat肉
milk牛奶
