　　Job Purpose.

　　According to the guidance from the supervisor, proceed the assigned maintenance activities in the plant to ensure no engineering failures to interrupt production and utility supply.

　　Required Duties Or Accountabilities.

　　1. According to work manual and procedures, conduct routine maintenance of equipment to keep the equipment in good condition.

　　2. Complete daily orders and assignments by the supervisor on a priority basis, troubleshoot and repair assigned equipment.

　　3. Report the unsolvable unusual problems to supervisor to ensure timely repair for smooth production.

　　4. Assist the supervisor to find the design errors and potential deficiencies of equipment, and make suggestions.

　　5. Assist the supervisor in equipment renovation project.

　　6. Adhere to safety and housekeeping practices.

　　7. Raise the working record of the maintenance and repair of the equipment to supervisor weekly and report specific problems to supervisor every time.

　　Job Requirements. (Knowledge, Skills, Experience, etc.)

　　1. Graduation from technical school or above in Mechanical Engineering, Chemistry or others.

　　2. Min. 3 years relevant experiences in chemical manufacturing company.

　　3. Basic chemical process knowledge.

　　Be able to do Instrument troubleshooting, and to execute Instrument maintenance works on site with the guidance of engineers

　　在工程師的指導下完成儀表專業的維修工作，具有解決儀表故障的能力。

　　Cooperate with the instrument engineers to execute the scheduled/unscheduled shutdown tasks and MOC/project tasks.

　　協助工程師完成計劃/非計劃停車任務和項目改造相關的任務。

　　To execute the routine inspection on site and fill in the inspection sheet. To report any instrument technical finding on site and act accordingly and to manage external service vendor works on site.

　　認真完成巡檢工作并填寫記錄，及時發現并處理現場發生的儀表故障，管理外部服務商在現場的作業。

　　Provide the recommendations base on the experience and real situation during the daily work to improve the plant instrument maintain quality, to be motivated and creative.

　　在日常檢修過程中根據經驗與實際情況多提合理化建議，改善工廠檢修質量，善于創新與思考問題。

　　Requirement

　　崗位需求

　　Technical 10 years+ experience of petrochemical instruments.

　　具有10年以上化工儀表相關技術維修經驗。

　　Be familiar with the common instruments (temperature, pressure, level， flow and control values ) and instrument loop, priority for the experience with loop test during the project phase.

　　熟悉常規溫度、壓力、液位、流量儀表，熟悉儀表回路，有一定的項目調試經驗優先。

　　Understand PID, and know about the control system such as DCS/SIS/PLC.

　　能看懂PID，簡單了解DCS/SIS/PLC等控制系統

　　Priority for the experience with package unit (e.g. Weighing system , extruder, pelletizer, dosing system and hot oil system etc.,)

　　成套設備的維護經驗優先(如包裝機，擠出機，切粒機，失重秤，熱油爐等)

　　Basic computer skill (Outlook, word, excel etc.,)

　　基礎的電腦能力， Outlook, word, excel等。

　　Good skill of learning and communication, can work under the pressure.

　　較強的學習和溝通能力，有一定的抗壓能力。

　　負責公司儀表設備維修、持續改進;

　　Be responsible for the instrument maintenance and continuing improvement for instrument part of equipment in whole factory.

　　執行公司儀表設備的保養、維護、檢修計劃;日、周、月保養及年度檢修的驗收、歸檔。

　　Conduct instrument equipment maintenance, maintenance plan implementation, responsible for acceptance and archive for monthly, weekly, daily upkeep and annual overhaul.

　　執行工廠計量儀表的校驗。

　　Execute the plant instrument calibration.

　　履行由儀表經理確定的主要設備的校驗項目。

　　Carry out the regular calibration for the key instruments which were defined by lead engineer of Instrument.

　　閱讀工作單,接受儀表經理的指派

　　Read work order, receive the guidance from lead engineer of Instrument.

　　遵循標準操作規程，學習,研究有關安全,質量,環保方面的標準操作程序,并使之運用于日常的維修工作當中

　　SOP follow, learn and study related SOP linked with safety, quality, environment, transfer all these information into daily maintenance work.
