　　很多人或許會認(rèn)為，雖然很多大公司要求遞交中英文簡歷，但是HR大都是中國人，所以只要把中文簡歷締造好，英文簡歷只是走個過場，隨便弄一下就可以了。但是外企HR告訴我們其實一名求職者最初發(fā)送的中英文簡歷會跟著他求職的整個過程，或許第一輪把關(guān)的是中國人。但是，一旦到后面幾輪面試，面試官很可能是以英語為母語的人士，他們跟之前的面試官可能并沒有交流，而是完全根據(jù)你的簡歷和你的表現(xiàn)來作判斷。這個時候，如果你的英文簡歷如果出現(xiàn)任何差錯的話，那么就會使你的印象大打折扣，這樣的后果往往可能變得非常嚴(yán)重。

　　從英語簡歷中，企業(yè)還可以看出求職者的英語水平。如果簡歷中有拼寫錯誤，那么用人單位既會質(zhì)疑求職者的做事的認(rèn)真程度也會質(zhì)疑他的英語水平。除了拼寫錯誤，文法錯誤也是學(xué)生經(jīng)常會犯的毛病，有的錯誤非常明顯，讓求職者糟糕的英文水平暴露無疑。
