　　As is well known, books teach us to learn life, truth, science and many other useful things. They increase our knowledge, broaden our minds and strengthen our character. In other words, they are our good teachers and wise friends. This is the reason why our parents always encourage us to read more books.

　　如眾所周知，書籍教我們學(xué)習(xí)人生，真理，科學(xué)以及其它許多有用的東西。它們?cè)黾游覀兊闹R(shí)，擴(kuò)大我們的心胸并加強(qiáng)我們的品格。換句話說，它們是我們的良師益友。這是為什么我們的父母終是鼓勵(lì)我們要多讀書的理由。

　　Reading is a good thing, but we must pay great attention to the choice of books. It is true that we can derive benefits from good books. However, bad books will do us more harm than good.

　　讀書是一好事，但我們必須多加注意書的選擇。不錯(cuò)，我們能從好書中獲得益處。然而，壞書卻對(duì)我們有害無益。

　　201X年X月X日 晴天

　　Early in the morning, when I searched the Internet, I found there were many news about the Nanking Massacre, our country’s flag had low down half, for the purpose of commemorating the people who were killed during that hard time. The massacre is such brutal, about 300 thousand people died, it is shame for our country, the Japanese who did the massacre deny their brutal act all the time.

　　As the time went by, Some Japanese want to clear his criminal with denying it, but we can’t forget the pain, we must remember it all the time, so that we learn the lesson and be strong. For those 300 thousand people, it will unrespect to them if they are forgotten, we must respect history, now we are still fight against the Japanese government.

　　Many people believe that a large income equal success. I believe,however, success is more than how much money you make.Measures of success also include fame, respect, and knowledge.

　　許多人認(rèn)為有大量的收入等于成功。 然而,我相信,成功不僅僅是指你有多少錢。 成功還包括名譽(yù)、尊重和知識(shí)。

　　Becoming famous is one way to show one is success.So many scientists and researchers have made great contribution to our nation and they don't possess too much wealth. But they are awarded with fame and great honors and thus become nationwide well-known. No one could say they are not successful.I also believe that being respected by coworkers indicates success. Without that respect, money mean little.We just call people with big money and no respect "they are rich" and nothing more,while for those surrounded by respect, we'd like to say "This guy is really marvelous.He made it in his life."

　　成名是顯示成功的一種方式。許多科學(xué)家和研究人員為我們的國家作出了重大的貢獻(xiàn),雖然他們沒有太多的財(cái)富，但是他們獲得名望和偉大的榮譽(yù),成為全國聞名的人物。 沒有人能說他們不是成功的。 我也相信要尊敬同事意味成功。 沒有尊重,金錢是小。 我們就叫人有資金僅僅說“他們是富人”而已,而對(duì)于那些被尊重包圍的人說, “這家伙真的是了不起的，他的生活是成功的。”

　　In conclusion,we don't memorize people simply because they were rich. Overall,we remember people who were influential in politics,or contributed to science or art or religion.If history is the ultimate judge of success, then money surely isn't everything.

　　總之,我們不要僅僅因?yàn)閯e人有錢才記住他。 總的來說,我們記住人在政治上有影響力的人,或者記住那些對(duì)科學(xué)或藝術(shù)或宗教有貢獻(xiàn)的人。如果歷史是成功的最終的裁判，那么錢當(dāng)然不是萬能的。

　　“Score is not equal to knowledge,” my head teacher always keeps telling me this, because he wants us to master all the knowledge we need to understand. I do not put his word in mind, because in my heart, score comes the first. One day, chemistry teacher taught us some knowledge and then asked us to finish a paper test. Whoever passed the text can do the experiment. I got a high mark by guessing. I was very happy, but tragedy happened. I made a small explosion by not mastering the knowledge. I was scared and finally understood the sentence,” Score is not Equal to Knowledge.”

　　“分?jǐn)?shù)并不等于知識(shí)，”班主任對(duì)我說，因?yàn)樗Ｍ覀兡軌蛘莆账行枰私獾闹R(shí)。我并沒有把他的話放心上，因?yàn)槲矣X得分?jǐn)?shù)是最重要的。有一天，老師教了我們一些知識(shí)，然后就讓我們考試。只要通過了考試才能去做實(shí)驗(yàn)。我瞎猜猜得了很高分。我很高興，但是悲劇也就發(fā)生了。因?yàn)橹R(shí)不牢固而導(dǎo)致了一個(gè)小爆炸。我被嚇到了，也終于明白了那句話，“分?jǐn)?shù)并不等于知識(shí)。”
