　　Last Saturday,I was with my new friend,Martin.We had a good time.

　　In the morning,we played football on my school playground with my classmates first.My brother also with us.We played for two hours.It was exciting and we were very tired.He said he was very hungry.So next we went to the KFC in the afternoon.We ate a lot of delicious food.For example,fench fries,humburgers,chicken wings and so on.After that we went to waych a football match with my father.It at 2:00 p.m.And it was Harry Valley VS South China.I liked South China and he liked Happy Valley.But at last South China won.I was very happy and he was a little sad.My father said”No problem”to him.Then we went to a concert of coldplay.It was at 7:30 p.m.My sister went with us.The music was relaxing and we liked it.After concert,it is 9:00 p.m.We went home and went to bed.

　　To be honest, I have a black memory about diary. Many years ago, I had the habit of writing diary expressivelyabout the experiences with my ex-girlfriend. Unfortunately, due to careless custody, these diaries were dug out by my wife. Even though she didn’t “angry“ at me at that time, however, since that occasionally she's been unintentionally citing some words or name from the diary to gently warn me for something. In order to have a harmonous family, I have given up the habit of writing diary but turned to keep a personal journal of my short-term or long-term plan. In my view, keeping journal can have the benefits of clarifying the goals and simplifying the life.

　　A journal can help you to clarify your goals and will allow you to write about your achievements as well as your ideas. This allows you to see steps you have taken towards your goal and will allow you to see where you stand as well as how much further you have to go to complete your goals. Whatever goals you set for yourself, be sure that they are attainable and easily documented in your journal.

　　A journal is very useful in helping simplifying your life. We tend to make life much more complicated than it needs to be. We have appointments, body exercises, playing with kids and a million other things that we have to do on a daily basis. By carrying out ten minutes of your day and taking the time to sit down with a pen and a piece of paper it is amazing at how you begin to see what is really important in life. Take the time to describe your values, note your achievements and think of those things that you are grateful for in your life.

　　Keeping a journal is a marvelous and a safe habit.
