Good afternoon! everyone! Nice to meet you all here.Now let me introduce myself.My name is **.I'm from the ** **.and my topic is “HARD WORK LEADS TO SUCCESS”. I hope you will like it .
First I want to ask you a question..what brought people to success? Yes,the answer is you must work hard .
We have learned that those who rise to the heights in any field aren’t those with the greatest natural talent,but those who working harder and harder. Of course,for hard work to really pay off,we need to work effectively,here’s how:
The first one is “follow your dream”.you must have a direction for your work.Set your objectives early,then devote all your energies to achieving them. And the second is “block out the time”To be beneficial,you must be regular。For example,if you want to be an experienced engineer ,then you must to give up many leisure time,you must to studying hard,summing up your experiences for years..
The third is “take One step at a time”.don’t aim to reach the top in a single session,just try to improve by one percent over the session before.
And the forth is “look back”. May be you can ask yourself frequently.“Am I have any “soft spots”?”if you do,try to find them and make some effort to identify the weaknesses,then try to do better tomorrow.
The last is “hold out a carrot”,whatever your work needs,always hold out a reward for your achievement. For example ,if you finish the day’s scheduled work,you can go out watching a movie or just eating with your good friends, such a reward will inspire you to work harder and harder.
Ladies and gentlemen,we all know work is a chance to find yourself.if you think of work as a punishment,how can you achieve your goals?
Ladies and gentlemen,Working hard does have its drawbacks ,its difficukties and painful moments,sometimes maybe you want to give up the whole thing.but we all believe,after all the drawbacks,there’s a benefit.
Hard work is the way to the end of the rainbow.
Ladies and gentlemen,let’s working harder and harder,for ourselves,for our company and for our country.and this is also one of the thoughts that came to me while preparing this speech.

Good evening. It’s my great pleasure to stand here to present my speech. What I am going to talk about today is the road to success.
There is no doubt that everyone wants to achieve success. Me either. But what is success and how can we succeed? In my opinion, success is just like climbing mountains. If you want to reach the top of the mountain, you have to keep climbing up step by step and overcome all the difficulties during the way. There is no easy way to climb up without paying. Likewise, there is no elevator to success, you have to take stairs.
I’m sure you guys have all tried doing a lot of new things. Whether it’s learning a new instrument , or learning a new language. You know , everyone who tells you that the stuff is easy that you can do it overnight is clearly wrong. Everything that is worth doing is pretty hard. I mean, you guys know that firsthand from your experience. In order to master piano, you have to practice scales everyday to strengthen your fingers no matter how boring it is; to learn a foreign language well, you have to start with the very basics and learn step by step. All these achievements, you know, it’s not about a single moment of inspiration or brilliance, it’s about years and years of hard work and practice. When it comes to success, there are no shortcuts.
To clarify my view, I would like to give an example. Michael Jordan, the basketball superstar, it's easy for you to see his achievements. However, what you don’t see is the price of blood and sweat that he has paid on the court in order to come out on top. If you think that he was born to play basketball and is destined to succeed, I’d like to say that you couldn’t be more wrong. Do you know the story that Jordan was cut from his high school basketball team because of his height? Instead of giving up,he trained harder and made more effort to shoot on court. Finally, he succeeded and became a popular basketball player. To Jordan,it’s not about a single moment of inspiration or brilliance, it’s about years and years of hard work and practice.
At last I would like to share a famous saying with all of you, that is: no pains, no gains. I just want you to know that success doesn’t come easily ,anything that’s really awesome takes a lot of work. But I firmly believe that as long as we make daily effort and unremitting endeavor, everyone in this room will achieve your goals and fulfill your dream.

Good morning. Ladies and gentlemen. Life has its ups and downs. I bet everyone here has gone through success and failures, am I right? Therefore, what's your understanding of success and failure? What do you think is the biggest success in one's life? XXX, can you share your idea with us?
Personally, I think success and failure are terms that don't necessarily call for a universal definition since all of us have our own definitions. That is to say, people can be successful in different areas such as in one's job and hobbies, living a successful private life, or running a successful relationship. Assume that there are two men, one is wealthy and the other is needy. The wealthy one loves making money and is always busy with his work. He is satisfied with his business though he hardly has time to have dinner with his wife and children. The needy one loves leisure. He has an easy but low-paid job so that he can have time to spend with his family. In general, he could have delicious and warm dinner with his families every day. He's happy, too. Which one do you think is more successful in his life? In my opinion, they are both successful because they both get what they want.
Everyone will be successful in his or her own area. So, never look down on anyone including yourself. One of my friends is crazy about computer games, thus neglecting his study. All the teachers regarded him as a failure. But actually he is successful in the games. He has won the first prize in many E-sports games.
Another example to support my statement. I think that everyone knows Luo Yufeng who is in America now. Severals years ago, she was under the spotlight and attracted a strong criticism. It seemed that her life was utterly a failure since everyone was laughing at her. But, I think she is successful not because she’s famous but she wanted to immigrant to America and achieved.
In many cases, whether we are successful or not is judged by others, actually, we should judge it by
ourselves. As long as you have your own goal, you know exactly what you want, you are successful when you achieve it. So, leave all the negative comments outside the door. Be yourself, follow your own cause and enjoy your own success!
