Thank you to take some time off to read this letter. XXX is my name, I’m a student from XXXX University. I will head to your beautiful country and start my professional career which will last for a year. I sincerely hope that you can offer me a chance to be a part of your life, to be your student, friend and a member of your family.
As a foreigner, I really need you as my teacher. The most important goal of my trip is learning - learning of advanced technology, learning American culture and history, learning communicating with American in English, learning surviving in another country, a totally strange place for me. Indeed, this year will affect me so much that it will establish a firm foundation for my future work and study. To achieve this object, I can’t leave the help from you. You will be the best teacher I ever have.

I’m Eric(Li Qiujia),one of the three Chinese students.I feel very glad to write to you.
I really miss the days I spent in America,especially at your home,you all are very hospitable.
There’s a compressed file with this e-mail,it contant some of my photos , particularly the photos in New York.Enjoy them!
After we left LA,we went to some cities in the east,such as Boston,Washington.D.C and New York,which impressed me a lot.
In Boston,we visited Harvad University and MIT,their campuses attracted me deeply,so peaceful and beautiful,I am eager to study there;In Washington.D.C,we saw the White house, Capitol Hill, Washington Monument and Lincoln Memorial,they are really grand;In New York,we boarded on a ship and have a tour in the NY Harbour, skyscrapers are just like the tall trees in the forest,we also got close to the symbol of America---- the Statue of Liberty,we walked along the Wall Street,numbers of white-collar workers working in the narrow street,we visited the New York Stock Exchange,too,but we didn’t have the chance to get in J. The last day in the America,we had fun in the Disneyland in LA for the whole day,I played with my friends as if I was a little kid.
America is a great country,I would go there for the second or the third time if I had the opportunities,and I will visit you at that time.
