Although we often feel stressed, we should find suitable ways to deal with stress.
We can wear calm colours like blue and white to make us feel relaxed. We should be careful enough, because “a miss is as good as a mile”. I like English. I think I can share my English learning method with you. First of all, develop interest on English. My way to make it is to watch movies from abroad. I always think there is not enough time. For example， I have just taken a three-day holiday. But when I look back， I just feel that it‘s only one day. There goes a proverb， “Time is money”. Now I want to say， time is more precious than money， because when money is spent， we can earn some more again. However， when time is gone or lost， never will it return.
Time goes without being noticed. The time for our study and work is usually limited. So I think we must make full use of our time. But it‘s a pity that I am always not aware of the importance of time until it’s too late.
So I think， I should get into the good habit of saving time because wasting time is equal to wasting one‘s life. Do not put off what can be done today till tomorrow!
時間的價值
我總覺得沒有足夠的時間。例如，我剛剛放了一個3天的假。但當我回頭看，我覺得只有一天。有一句諺語，“時間就是金錢”?，F在我想說，時間比金錢更寶貴，因為錢花了，我們還可以再掙一些。然而，當時間流逝，就不會再回來。
