　　Somehow, the quiet office became so noisy for two ladies broke into a quarrel. The manger wouldn’t have such the trouble going on, shouting at the two ladies: “Stop it!”

　　Anyhow he decided to settle the dispute. Summoning them into the manager room, he asked them to tell the reason for the quarrel. The two offenders tried to impress on the manger that the other was the source of the quarrel. The manger was reduced to the situation where no solution was available for the case. It struck on the manger that the ladies regarded themselves as beauties. He cried: “ I’d like to have the reason of the worse-looking first! ”

　　Then the world fell into silence。

　　Wisdom cannot be absent when a quarrel is settled。
