The first reason why it is beneficial to study in Britain is that teamwork activities are strongly advocated by university in the UK. Possibly because good team spirit is regarded as one of the basic quality requirement in universities. For example, students in class always are divided into several groups to finish a group work or a report, especially for foreign students, members in groups can make significant progress on language study and teamwork skills by communicating with other foreign students. Therefore, studying at university in the UK is a good choice for improving communication and teamwork skills.
Meanwhile, we should regonize the fact that not all foreign students can improve themselves finally by studying at university in the UK. The value of British education also has been doubted by public. For instance, the length of postgraduate study in the UK costs only one year, it is possibly too short for foreign students to acquire practical and valuable knowledge, even some students have not been adapted to new custom or lifestyle in the UK but need to come back already. So, some people believe that for most of ordinary students, it is not worth paying much high tuition fee to send them to study in British universities for mere one year, needless to say students who do not attend to their their study usually at all.
Overall, although this issue for advantages and drawbacks of studying in the UK is still in discussion, I repeat my view that it is more beneficial to study at university in the UK due to the elements which consist of huge practice for overtaking language barrier and improvement of teamwork skills and communication capacity. After all, education is the same to every student, but what each one could acquire and create is different, which inplies that an individual's academic achievement mainly hinges on efforts, objective factors, or say, external environment dose not work considerably if an individual's persistence nerver shakes.
