經濟發展與環境污染的英語寫作

　　編者按：環境污染是在社會發展過程中必經的階段，在于我們如何去處理這個問題，促進生態環境與人文社會和諧發展。

　　Nowadays, environment protection has been brought to the forefront since an increasing amount of countries have boosted their economies significantly. While, a thought that pollution and damage of environment resultfrom developing economies has been stated publicly and this cannot be avoided. Personally, I disagree with this point.

　　Firstly, automobile exhaust is considered to be a main type of pollution, which also pose a threat to public health. Therefore, government should implement some laws to reduce this kind of contaminant. For example, fresh advertising and encouraging to use public transport are both applicable. In addition, factories should improve the research of electric cars instead of petrol-powered cars as electric cars are more energy and make less pollution. Meanwhile, the state can provide subsides to electric cars buyers, this enables to increase the sales volume of electric cars automatically.

　　Secondly, people now form a throw-away culture/habit in recent decades, caused by a fact that people become richer and they prefer to buy new goods instead of reusing them. For this reason, governments should enforce some strict laws to protect the environment. Moreover, environmental education programmers should be added to compulsory subjects in schooling, as it is beneficial for governments to maximize the effect that enhance the environment awareness in next generation. If the next generation would be conscious of the importance of reusing goods, reproducible goods can substitute individual waste.

　　In conclusion, pollution is a serious problem in this world, which embodies on two aspects in my opinion: automobile exhaust and throw-away habit of old goods. Thus, we need set up relative policies to avoid and reduce harmfulness of pollution.
