　　A: 我是瑪麗·米勒。史密斯先生的秘書，我能幫您什么嗎?

　　A: Marry Miller, Mr. Smith’s secretary speaking, can I help you?

　　B: 我是湯姆·波特。我能和史密斯先生上講話嗎?。

　　B: This is Tom Port. May I speak to Mr. Smith?

　　A: 史密斯先生現(xiàn)在不在辦公室，恐怕他3點(diǎn)鐘以前不會(huì)回來。 不過，您愿意與布朗先生講話嗎?當(dāng)史密斯先生不在時(shí)由他來接電話。

　　A: Mr. Smith is not in his office. I’m afraid he will not be back

　　before 3 o’clock. Would you care to speak to Mr. Brown? He’s

　　taking all Mr. Smith’s calls in his absence.

　　B: 謝謝，請幫我轉(zhuǎn)吧!

　　B: Thank you, Please!
