A:Can you lend me fifty bucks?

B:What? Again? Why do you keep running out of money?

A:I guess I don't earn enough.

B:No,I think it's how you budget your life, that's the problem.

A:I don't really know. Why not ask the accountant or the lawyer of the law firm? They will tell you which is subject or not subject to taxation. He can even help you avoid paying tax legaUy.

A:You must have been really hurting for cash to have done that.

B:I had just enough money to make ends meet until payday. Then last Wednesday I received a phone bill to the tune of $ 195.00.I hit the ceiling when I saw that.

A:lt sounds like you weren't expecting that.
