Many people,especially teachers and parents,think that it's unnecessary for middle school students to use cellphone.Cellphone may just act as a distraction to them from their usual study,and many students may just spend much time playing phone games or chatting constantly with others by sending messages,which should have been spent on study.
Others think that it's quite common for students to hold a cellphone since cellphone has been so popular among youngsters.Besides,it will be more convenient for them to keep contact with their parents and classmates.
In my opinion,it's quite helpful for students to have a cellphone if middle school students hold a correct attitude towards cellphone and make a balance between cellphone and study.

Many students even those junior ones have got their own cellphone now, and they like to take along with their cellphones at school.I think this would lead to problems rather than benifit.
Students now are studying hard every minute to have a good opportunity in good education , What they need is to study hard and concentrate to their examnations ,so they actually don't need a cellphone in their hands.
Cellphone is a tool for communication,and it facilitates those who need contact lots of people everyday,it is necessary to for example,a business man,but not a student.
Guess what would a student who takes cellphone at school do with it? watch time? that would be rediculous,i think a watch should be the perfect thing at that time.As you know,cellphones have some entertainment,for example ,games.Students will play games once their teachers not around,even if the phone only has one boring game,he would still like to play it ,'cause study is more boring than a game,so the cellphone would divert their attraction to game from studying definitely!
So ,you'd better not trust what they explain that they need call mum everyday,just take it they want to play or show off.Once you find someone using cellphone in the school,Do kick his ass directly,don't hesitate,you definitely are in the right side! If they don't listen to you ,drop their phones on the floor and stamp on them untill they are cracked.Don't be afraid of their parents,you can call police if that happens!
