我們一方面都在埋怨環(huán)境被污染，可是我們自己又何嘗不是在污染環(huán)境呢!比如，我們一方面在大聲疾呼抽煙有害健康，而另一方面又在大批量地生產和銷售香煙。我們一方面大力提倡不亂丟垃圾，另一方面我們在吃棒冰時往往隨便地將包裝紙扔在地上。又比如，有些廠的老板把廠房裝飾得美麗豪華，可是背地里卻把污水、廢水偷偷地源源不斷地往河里排放……所以，盡管我們天天在宣傳環(huán)境意識，可是污染環(huán)境，危害生物的現(xiàn)象仍然屢禁不止。
為什么會有這么多矛盾現(xiàn)象呢?我認為，關鍵在于很多人沒有重視環(huán)境保護。埋怨別人污染了環(huán)境，恰恰忘記了自己也在污染環(huán)境!所以在宣傳保護環(huán)境時，還要加上“從我做起!”這后半句。使環(huán)保意識真正在我們每個人的頭腦里扎下根，使我們的所作所為時刻都在考慮保護環(huán)境。
