Tips: 提建議畢竟不是投訴，所以語言一定要委婉、禮貌，顧及他人感情。在提出缺點(diǎn)之前，最好，先肯定其優(yōu)點(diǎn)

As a student of this university, I would like to take the opportunity to express my appreciation for your kind assistance as always. Meanwhile, I feel that it would be beneficial to express my views 1 concerning the quality of the library service.
In the first place, I find that most keyboards of the library computers are in poor operation, which greatly inconveniences users. I would also recommend the library to improve the efficiency of purchasing new books and subscribing to academic journals. Last but not least, the study rooms need to be furnished with a better lighting system. I hope that you take my suggestions into serious consideration.
