Today, we are getting richer, more and more people are buying personal cars.many parents argue over whether or not their maturing teenager should be allowed to own a car in high school. Many teenagers feel that by owning a car a new gate is opened to extra opportunities. The common teenager only thinks about the positives to owning or purchasing a car at such a young age. Unfortunately with positives come negatives and these teenagers that own cars will soon experience them. There are many reasons why a teenager should think about not owning a car through high school. Undoubtedly, one reason a teenager should not own a car through high school is that it costs money! When one thinks of the possibility of owning a car he never seems to want to ponder the fact of its costs. When a student purchases a car he or she must also purchase insurance too! Currently insurance does not run cheap and the better car you own, the more insurance you will pay. Owning a car and squandering money come hand in hand with each other. It should not take a genius to recognize that by spending money on monthly car payments. The ability and responsibility of having a job is the next reason as to why a high school student should not own a car. A teenager should realize this among himself and not want to purchase a car for asking to run the family errands.Around the ages of 16 to 17 students across the nation begin to receive their licenses. Holding a job may help the student pay for his car but can he pass an English test the following day at 8 o’clock in the morning.The next reason is common among many families. In more ways than one a teenager can be proven to be an inexperienced driver during their early driving ages. Young teenagers are just beginning to mature and learn about the responsibilities of obeying the law. In addition a teenager has a lot of stress during their high school and driving a car under this stress can create a potential hazardous situation. These licenses not only grant one the ability to drive a car legally, but they also allow inexperienced drivers to operate potential murder weapons.
I think owning a car can make it easy for teenagers to go out and a car is much more comfortable than buses,bikes .But a car will do harm to the environment and distract their attention from study .if more and more people have cars, the street will be very busy all the time,it's difficult for people to go across the road,and the more cars,the more accidents. So when chose a car for your children,you should consider carefully.

Nowadays more and more families own private cars. Private cars, as the product of modem civilization, have been playing a vital role in people's daily activities. First, private cars are a convenient means of
transportation. You can go wherever you like. Secondly, there is no doubt that private cars will have a great impact on the economic growth. The rapid car industry growth will contribute much to keeping the country's economy growing at a higher rate in the near futrue.
But every coin has two sides. The development of the private cars will bring about a series of problems. For example, the polluted air given off by cars will do great harm to our health, too many private cars will lead to traffic jams and a great deal of energy will be wasted and so on. So I think we should take advantages of private cars and make them serve us better. Meantime we hope that satisfactory solutions to these negative problems will be found soon.
現(xiàn)在，越來越多的家庭擁有私家車。私家車作為現(xiàn)代文明的產(chǎn)物，在人們日常生活中扮演了重要的角色。首先，私家車是很方便的交通工具，你可以開車到處跑;其次，毫無疑問私家車對經(jīng)，濟的增長起到很大的作用。在不遠的將來，快速發(fā)展的汽車工業(yè)在保持國家以較高速度的增長方面將做出很大的貢獻。

At weekends, private cars take families on joyful outings. Most of people living in the city like private cars very much. What is more, the development of the car industry will stimulate other industries, such as iron and steel production. So the private car benefits the growth of economy.
Private cars, like everything else, have more than one face. Private cars have also given rise to a series of problems. For example, the street are crowded with cars. They not only cause traffic accidents which injure or kill a large number of people each year, but also make great noise and
give off many poisonous gases. But I believe we can solve all of the problems in the near futrue.
現(xiàn)在越來越多的私家車進入了普通家庭。人們每天開著私家車上下班。周末，私家車可以載著家人出門愉快地郊游。城市的人們大多數(shù)都非常喜歡私家車。更重要的是汽車工業(yè)的發(fā)展會刺激鋼鐵等其它行業(yè)的發(fā)展。因此，私家車有利于經(jīng)濟增長。
