"I want to have a home, a home needn't to be large...”, this is a widely spread song when I was still in elementary school, at a time when popular songs just emerged in Mainland. No doubt that everybody has such a wish in the heart, I am not an exception. Home, for me, is a symbol of serenity, rejoicing and refreshing. What is my ideal home like? It would be a two-floor wooden building. One-floor appears to be cumbersome, and provides no escape from mundaneness; while for a three-floor, its towering gesture would probably make the person living in feel too tiny. Thus, a two-floor building perfectly combines the advantages of both while avoids all the disadvantages. On the first floor, I want to have a bright living room, for the simple reason that I would from time to time invite my friends to come and hang out. And it would better be a big one, thus we could have ball. And the dream of owning a private gym room would come true in this home; anyway, health is an important concern of happy life. The second floor, with a bedroom, a reading room, and an uncovered balcony, would be my private space. I would choose French windows for my bedroom. Concerning about the interruption from rising sun in the early morning? A thick curtain would easily work it out. A comfortable reading is indispensable, when it is raining outside, when I am in low mood, or when I just want to spend some time quietly, I could immerge myself in the books, even for a whole day. The balcony would be a perfect place to relax. Jus imagine that, in a tranquil summer night, you place yourself in a hammock, staring at the stars flashing, feeling the sea breeze touching, hearing the insects cheeping and sea waves crooning... Where does the sea breeze and waves come from? This is the immediate point I am going to touch. Although living at downtown brings a lot convenience to everyday life, but the noisy atmosphere, the polluted air, and the extremely quick pace of life are intolerable for me. The ideal location of my home is at seashore (here I put the difficulty of completing such a construction aside first). Aren't the fresh cool air, the blue expansive scenery, as well as the adequate sunshine millions times beneficial than the health care product, claimed to be the essence of modern biological technology? Another reason for the preference of seashore lies in a long-term dream since middle school, I want to raise a dolphin as pet. Dolphin, considered to be the most intelligent animal, is also the creature who seeks the most intimate relationship with human beings, according to some lately research from experts on animal behaviors. If you have never swum or played with a dolphin, if you have not seen "The big blue", a movie shot by Luc Besson, you could never imagine how wonderful it could be to have a dolphin pet. Of course, I would place a dog basket, which is for Xiaoxiao, under my bed, anyway, I could not stay in water all the day.
