英文投訴信格式
一、 投訴信即在日常生活中或商務(wù)活動(dòng)中對(duì)所遇到的困擾，惡劣的服務(wù)態(tài)度，劣質(zhì)的產(chǎn)品等向?qū)Ψ交蛴嘘P(guān)單位提出投訴，抗議和改進(jìn)的建議。
二、 投訴信包括以下三個(gè)部分：
1. 開(kāi)頭：自我介紹，說(shuō)明投訴對(duì)象及內(nèi)容，表明本信的目的和要求。 常用的表達(dá)法有：
I am writing to you about…which I received/bought…
I am going to complain about…
I am sorry to have to return with this letter…which I received/bought…
2. 正文：說(shuō)明情況，講清厲害，分析利弊。告訴對(duì)方你因此受到的傷害或不便，提出解決問(wèn)題的建議，表明希望如何處理。
常用的表達(dá)法有“
When we checked…, we noticed…
When I took …out of the bag and examined …closely, I found… When I unpacked …and tried to use it, it did not work.
In view of the inconvenience that it has caused, I feel you should…
If you can’t give me a satisfactory answer, I will complain it to the Consumer Association.
3. 結(jié)尾：表達(dá)希望問(wèn)題得到快速恰當(dāng)解決的強(qiáng)烈愿望，希望盡快得到滿(mǎn)意的答復(fù)。
4. 常用的表達(dá)法有：
Please let me know what you intent to do in this matter.
I am returning … under separated post and look forward to receiving a full refund of …
Hope you will improve…
I sincerely hope such things will never take place again.

We shall be glad if you will replace all 20 sets as soon as possible. Meanwhile，we have put the damaged computer sets aside in case you need them to support a claim on your suppliers for compensation.
