　　人自從出生開始，就會跑步，(since the beginning of birth, we'll run)跑步是一種本能，是我們躲避傷害的方式(running is an instinct, which is a way to avoid hurting)。但，更重要的是，跑步是一種能讓人變得更健康的運動(but, more importantly, running is a kind of movement which make us to become healthier.)。我們每年都要參加體質測試(physique examination)，男生要跑1000米，女生800米，可是總是有些人故意躲避，(every year we have to participate in the physique examination.in the physique examination .the boy should run 1000 meters. while 800 metres for girls.but there always some people, try to escape.)他們認為，長跑對它們來說除了累和痛苦，并沒有帶來別的什么。(they think that beside pain, long-distance running did not bring anything else)

　　在我看來，跑步是一種能讓人變強的運動(in my opinion, long-distance running is a sport which can make us stronger)。不僅僅是身體上讓自己變得更強壯，更重要的是在精神上(not only in our body,but also in our mand)。當你在跑1000米的時候，特別是跑到第二圈的時候，你會有10000個理由想停下來，(when i’m running, especially in the second round, i would have get 10,000 excuse to give up)。因為沒有人強迫你跑下去，可是你手上的秒表還在走(because no one forces me to run down, but stopwatch in my hand is still going)。如果你現在停下來，意味著，你講沒有成績，前面的所有努力都將白費(if i stop, it means that i have get noting,what have done was in vain)。所以要堅持，再堅持(so i tell myselfe never give up)。不斷地強化自己的意識，讓自己成長，耐得住艱難困苦。(again and again, igetloneliness.)

　　看過《阿甘正傳》的同學一定對其中他跑遍美國的畫面印象深刻。為什么阿甘要去跑步(anyone who have seem the film"forrest gump"may impressed in a foce,whice is gump run around of the united states)，他說：跑步是為了忘記過去，心情不好的時候就去跑步，沒有目標的時候就跑步，需要某種東西讓自己平靜下來，迷失了自己想去找回來(whyforrest gumpgorunning,he said:runningis a way to forget the past,　and i feelbadwhen i’m running,runningwheni have no target, i needsomethingto calm down, i want to look back because i lost myself.)。執著是他一次次成功的原因。(attachment isthe reasonwhy he getsucces again and again.)

　　Hello ， everyone，I am pride that I can stay there to have a speech. Today，I will tell you how To Learn English Well .

　　A lot of people like English. As the society advances, it is very important for us to learn English well. In fact, It is not very difficult to learn English well.

　　First, we must find a good method to learn English. As the saying goes “Nothing In The World Is Difficult If You Put Your Heart Into It” Believe in yourself, and have confidence in yourself. As a student, in classes we should listen to the teacher attentively and make notes carefully. Be active in answering the teacher’s question and asking some questions , After classes, we should do our homework first, and be careful with the homework. Then we can preview the contents of tomorrow.

　　In your spare time,you can listen to English programs in the radio or watch programs on TV. It’s an efficient way to improveyour ability of listening comprehension. You should also love to read English novels or magazines. It’s a good way to build up your vocabulary. In addition, practicing speaking English with our teacher and our classmates every day. I also persist in keeping a diary in English .Sometimes, I think that it’s a bit difficult for me to learn English well, but I never give up. I just work hard on it.
