It is really very convenient, just clicks away. You can wear your pajamas and do shopping in your comfortable home. You don’t need to carry the items since they are delivered to wherever you want. You can place an order at 2:00AM, actually whenever you like. And the best of all, you can compare and select the items from the global resources, and make a very informed purchase decision.
It has the minus sides, too.
You cannot touch, feel, test or taste an item. So you may not like it when you receive it. Basically, your purchase decision will be based on your confidence in the seller and brand.
Second, a birthday gift may be delivered on the day after the birthday. Or you receive it the day before birthday, but it was personalized for a wrong person.
Third, an order is placed though a keyboard. This invites misunderstanding. You "talk" to a computer, not a store worker whose body language you can feel if you buy in a brick and mortar business.
Fourth, it requires a pretty decent computer, a high speed internet connection and a great banking system. What happens to those who cannot offer a system? What if a system goes down? What if a credit card information is stolen when you put it online? It scares, really.

What’s worse, the after-sale service is far from completion and satisfaction. On many occasions, customers are denied access to filing their complaints, let alone asking for a refund.
My suggestions to deal with these problems are as follows. To begin with, it is urgent to create a national certification system so that only the qualified sellers can engage in the commercial activities. Secondly, all those who sell fake products and make false advertisements should be punished severely. It is not until these two methods are put into practice that group buying will develop on the right track.
