自助餐 About Buffet
People like to eat buffet, because they can eat many kinds of food in a meal, their appetite can be satisfied. I am a fan of buffet, I can eat a lot of food in a time, every time I go into the buffet shop, I tell myself that I will not come out without satisfying my stomach. Facing so many food, I can't help eating as more as possible, even I am full enough, I still eat, my stomach hurts. It is said that 80% sense of fullness is the best way to keep fit, if people continue to get their stomach more food, then their stomach will be hurt. So the way for people to have buffet is not right, we should enjoy the food instead of eating too fully.
人們喜歡自助餐，因為他們能在一餐里吃很多種食物，他們的胃口也得到了滿足。我是自助餐的粉絲，我能在同一時間里吃很多食物，每次我走進自助餐，我就告訴自己不滿足胃口就不走出來。面對那么多食物，我情不自禁地多吃，即使我很飽，但是仍然在吃，我的胃吃傷了。據說八成飽的感覺是保持健康的最好方法，如果人們繼續讓胃填食物的話，胃就會受到傷害。因此人們吃自助餐的方式是不對的，我們應該享受食物而不是吃得太撐。
白色的世界 The White World
As I live in the south, I never have the chance to see snow. I wish I could witness it once in my life. My wish came true this year, because my parents flied to the north city to spend the holiday. We bought a lot of clothes. When we took off the flight, it was so cold for me, because I never experienced such coldness. The world was white for me. The trees were covered with white snow, and it was amazing. I felt like I was in the story world. But in the house, it was so warm because of the central heating. It was even warmer than the south. The most exciting thing was to play snow. I built snow men with all kinds of shapes. It was so funny. My father and I played in the snow for a long time. It is so unforgettable for me.
由于我生活在南方，所以我從未有機會看到過雪。我希望我能見一次雪。今年我的愿望實現了，因為我的父母飛到北方度假.我們買了很多衣服，當我們航班落地時，對我來說是非常的冷，因為我從未經歷過這樣的寒意。整個世界對我來說都是白色的，白雪覆蓋著樹，真是很神奇，我覺得自己就好像在童話世界里一樣。但在家里，卻是非常的溫暖，因為有中央供暖系統，甚至比南方還暖和。最令人興奮的事情就是玩雪了。我做了各種形狀的雪人，非常好玩。爸爸和我在雪地里玩了很長一段時間。這對我來說是非常難忘的。
我家鄉的村莊 My Home Village
My home village is a beautiful village far from the town. There is a clear brook arcs around the village, making the vil]age like a peninsula.
我的家鄉是一個遠離城鎮的美麗村莊，有一條清澈的小河弧形環繞著，看起來像一個半島。
On one side of the brook, are farmlands stretching as far as the eyes can see with farmers busy in the fields. The sunshines brightly through the pure, fresh air. After dark, I liked to roam around the fields along footpaths. The feeling was excellent.
從小河畔望去，你會看到農民們在無垠的田地里忙碌的身影，明亮的陽光透過純凈的、清新的空氣射過來。黃昏，我喜歡沿著田間小道漫步，那種感覺真是妙極了。
On the other side of the brook, there are many trees. There are lots of green bamboo groves. The trees offer nice shade in the summer, and birds like singing in them. The bamboos sway gently in the fresh summer breeze. The brook runs calmly anti quietly through all this greenness, making a very nice picture.
在小河的一邊有許多樹木，還有一片翠綠的竹林。夏天，綠樹成蔭，鳥兒們喜歡在這里唱歌，竹林在夏天的微風申輕輕搖擺,小河靜靜地在綠色中流淌，這些構成一幅美麗的。
This is my home village. It is far away in the country, but always with me,wherever I am.
這就是我的家鄉。它雖遠在鄉下，但不論我身在何方，它都會伴隨著我。
