建立甜美家庭 To Make a Home Sweet
Goethe said, "He is the happiest, being king or peasant, who finds peace in his home" It is true. Home is the warmest place in the world. Home is the harbor.No matter where you are, you would like to be back home in the end.
歌德曾說：“無論是國王還是農夫，只要家庭和睦，他便是最幸福的人”。確實如此，家是世界上最溫暖的地方，家是避風港。不管你在哪里，最終你都愿意回家.
Home is the place which we often need to build. In order to create a kind of warm and intimate atmosphere, we must respect and understand each other. As a member of the family, it is not right to demand perfection from each other. The proper way is to cultivate flexibility, patience, and sense of humor. Parents can be more open-minded and trust their children, and the children should understand their parents' pains. If we have spare time after supper, we may often communicate with each other and talk about what happened in the daytime. This type of conversation, called "small talk", is of great importance because it often helps deepen the feelings between parents and children.
家是我們經常需要建設的地方，為了創造一個溫暖而親密的氛圍，我們彼此之間應當相互尊敬和理解。作為家庭的一員，不要苛求對方的十全十美，而要培養韌性、耐心和幽默感。父母親應當有更加開放的心胸，而且要相信他們的孩子，而孩子們也要理解父母的辛苦。如果晚飯后有空閑時間，我們可以經常交流自己的思想，并且談論些白天所發生的事情。這種被稱為“閑聊”的交流很重要，因為它常常有助于加深父母親和孩子們之間的感情。

工匠精神 Craftsman's spirit
Directions:

1.describe the drawing briefly,
2.interpret its intended meaning, and then

What jumps into our sight is a shocking scene: a strong worker is concentrated on sharpening his sword printed with the words of “MADE IN CHINA”, while the knife grinder and the caption read “craftsman's spirit or artisan spirit ” clearly.
映入眼簾的是一個令人震撼的場景：一個強健有力的工人正全神貫注地打磨一把印有“中國制造”的寶劍，而磨刀石以及圖畫的標題赫然寫著“工匠精神”四個大字。
Obviously enough, the drawing is attempting to promote the craftsman's spirit, featuring pursuit of excellence, striving for perfection and customer orientation. When it comes to craftsman's spirit, watches made in Switzerland, machinery made in Germany as well as management in Japan crowed in upon us. It is the respects and perseverance to such a spirit that build up countless world-famous brands and enterprises in these countries. “All the artisan craftsmanship comes from oral instruction and rote memory”, Malhotra—an old man with an unattractive appearance—has once said, and because of his absorption and specificity, he was appointed as the chief designer on shoes by Chanel, a notable luxury brand in the world. Conversely, the over worship of money has cornered Chinese people to the ultimate anxiety and fickleness. Various as products made in China are, they have no characteristics, thus leaving the enterprises hard to develop any more.
顯然，這幅圖畫意欲弘揚以追求卓越、精益求精、用戶至上為核心的“工匠精神”。說到“工匠精神”，涌入我們腦海的是瑞士的手表、德國的機械、日本的管理。正是由于對“工匠精神”的尊重和堅守，才造就了無數世界聞名的品牌和企業。其貌不揚的馬薩羅曾說，“一切手工技藝，皆由口傳心授”，這種專注與專一使得他成為世界著名奢侈品品牌香奈兒的首席鞋匠。反觀我們國內，對“金錢”的過度崇拜(唯金錢論)使國人陷入巨大的焦慮和浮躁中。盡管中國制造的產品種類繁多，但毫無特點可言，這最終導致了企業舉步維艱。
Apparently, spirit of craftsman lies in nowhere but in tiny area. We are supposed to settle ourselves down and strive to create superior products. Remember, those who can stand still in the storm are people with enduring spirit of craftsman.
實際上，工匠精神，不在別處，只在細微中潤澤衍生。我們應沉下心來，竭盡全力創造最好的產品。須知能夠在暴風雨中屹立不倒的，一定是那些堅守“工匠精神”的人。

Success is always described by the old as something relevant to patience. In the picture, a man sits with a dozen of clocks around him. Beside him is the subtitle saying that "success means persisting five minutes more than others". We can infer from it that the man sets these many clocks just to remind himself that he should never give up.
It is very true that success derives from persistence, for which there are several reasons. Firstly, no accomplishment can be achieved in a short time, and success asks for continuous industrious work and efforts. Secondly, when one is able to insist in stepping towards achievement, he must believe what he dedicates to. This belief is the source of persistence that paves the way to success. Thirdly, just as the saying goes,"Rome was not built in one day".
To conclude, I would like to borrow another ancient saying that "he laughs best who laughs last". Laughing symbolizes the confidence for success, and confidence always yields patience and insistence. Hence, I firmly believe that if everybody applies what the picture conveys into actual practice, they will surely reap alot.
