關心老人的新政策 The New Policy of Taking Care of the Aged
In China, the problem of aging is becoming more and more serious, in the future, many old people will go to the nursing house, but as the young are busy with their work, how to take care of the old is a big problem. Recently, Holland's government carries out a policy, if the young go to the nursing house to serve the old for 30 hours a week, then the young will get the free rent of their departments. I think it is a good idea.
在中國，老齡化問題變得越來越嚴峻，在將來，很多人們會住進養老院，但是由于年輕人忙著他們的工作，如何照顧老人成為了一個大問題。最近，荷蘭政府實施一項政策，如果年輕人每周到養老院服務30個小時，年輕人租的房子就可以免租金。我認為這是一個不錯的主意。
On the one hand, the young can relieve the life pressure from the free rent. Because of the temptation of the free rent, surely the policy will attract more young people to do the work. As the job competition is so intense, many young people have struggled to their life, so they are willing to do the caring work to get the free rent. On the other hand, the old can get the caring from the young. As more young people go to the nursing house to provide the service, the old will be very happy and have someone to talk to.
一方面，年輕人能從免費的租金中減輕生活的壓力。由于免費租金的誘惑，當然這項政策會吸引更多的年輕人來從事這個工作。迫于工作競爭是如此的激烈，很多年輕人掙扎于生計，因此他們愿意做照料工作，以此來得到免費的租金。另一方面，老人家能從年輕人那里得到關懷。由于更多的年輕人去養老院提供服務，老人家會很開心，有人可以和他們聊天。
Though the policy is put forward in the short time, it provides a new way to solve the aging problem.
雖然這項政策提出來的時間不長，但是它給老齡化問題提供了一種新的解決方法。
女排精神 The Spirit of Wome's Volleyball
Chinese women's volleyball team once achieved great honor in the last century, their spirit of never giving up inspired so many people. But during the last decade, as the old volleyball players retired and the new ones were not stronger enough, the team met difficulty. While winning an important match announced their return.

Last night, Chinese women's volleyball team had an very impotant match against Brazil team in the Rio olympic games. The hope to win was very very little, because Brazil team was such strong, they were the champion of last two olympic games and Chinese team only won one match for the last 18 records. What's more, almost all the audiences supported Brazil team.
昨晚, 在里約熱內盧奧運會，中國女排有一場很重要的比賽，對陣巴西女排。贏的幾率非常小,因為巴西女排很強，她們兩屆奧運會的冠軍,中國隊只贏了一場比賽在過去的18場記錄中。更重要的是,幾乎所有的觀眾都支持巴西隊。
It seemed to win the match was not possible for the Chinese team, but the girls were very strong and insistented to fight for the last mimute. Even they lost the first game, they never gave up. Especially for the last two point, they were so brave and finally won the match.

Recently,with the credit card playing an increasingly important role in our daily life,more and more people are fond of taking an card when them go out.Credit cards can be handy — they mean you do not have to carry large sums of cash.Even so, many people still be fall into the trap of credit card.
As a matter of fact,thought-provoking as it is,does mirror a current social phenomenon-we need to be cautious when using credit cards. Banks and other financial institutions are encouraging their customers to change the way they buy things. Thought credit card may bring people great convenience.There re many risks associated with the irresponsible and excessive use of it. Some people find it very easy to exceed their budget. They are tempted to purchase goods that they do not really need, and can become quickly overburdened by debt. The credit cards often charge a high rate of interest, which exacerbates the problems for these people.And worst of all,if you don't pay your debt in time,a negative make will be on your credit report.
As far as I'm concerned,using credit cards wisely can improve the quality of lives.You can pay by credit card.Like a coin has two sides, there is a positive aspect and a negative aspect. We should be taught to use it properly and form a correct notion of consume.
