守財奴的故事
Once upon a time there was a miser. He hid his gold under a tree. Every week he used to dig it up.
從前，有個守財奴將他的金塊埋到一棵樹下，每周他都去把他挖出來看看。
One night a robber stole all the gold. When the miser came again, he found nothing but an empty hole.
一天晚上，一個小偷挖走了所有的金塊。 守財奴再來查看時，發(fā)現(xiàn)除了一個空洞什么都沒有了。
He was surprised, and then burst into tears.All the neighbors gathered around him. He told them how he used to come and visit his gold.
守財奴便捶胸痛哭。哭聲引來了鄰居，他告訴他們這里原來有他的金塊。
"Did you ever take any of it out?" asked one of them. "No," he said, "I only came to look at it." "Then come again and look at the hole," said the neighbor, "it will be the same as looking at the gold."
問明了原因后，一個鄰居問："你使用過這些金塊嗎?" "沒用過，" 他說，"我只是時常來看看。""那么，以后再來看這個洞，"鄰居說，"就像以前有金塊時一樣。"
那些逝去的青春 Those Fading Youth
Every time when I go home by train, I feel very uncomfortable, because I have to smell the terrible air, people always smoke, making the public place smell bad. Since the motor train operates, I feel so happy, I find the train is very clean, the air smells good, no people smoke in the train. I feel so surprised, this is the ideal environment for me, in the long journey, all the people are so polite. Smoking in the public place should be banned, the bad smell not only makes people sick, but also does harm to their health. In the long journey, people need to keep a good environment, so they have a good mood.
每次當(dāng)我坐火車回家，我會感到很不舒服，因為我不得不聞到令人討厭的氣味，人們總是吸煙，使得這個公共的地方聞起來不舒服。自從動車開行了以后，我很開心，我發(fā)現(xiàn)車上很干凈，空氣很舒服，沒有人在車上吸煙。我很驚奇，這對于我來說是最理想的環(huán)境了，在長途中，所有人都很有禮貌。在公共場所吸煙應(yīng)該禁止，糟糕的氣味不僅僅使得人們不舒服，而且有害于人們的健康。在長途中，人們需要一個好的環(huán)境，來保持好的心情。
如果我是一只鳥 If I Were a Bird
I like dreaming. Sometimes I will think if I were a bird, it would be so good. If I were a bird, I won't need to go to school and have class everyday. And I also do not need to do so much homework. If I were a bird, I can fly freely. I can go wherever I want. I can fly to New York to visit my pen friend. If I were a bird, I can sleep on the tree. I can breathe the fresh air every day I wake up. How wonderful it would be to a bird.
我喜歡做夢。我有時候會在想要是我是一只鳥，那該有多好啊。如果我是一只鳥，我就不用每天去學(xué)校上課了。我也不用寫那么多的作業(yè)。如果我是一只鳥，我就可以自由自在的飛翔。我可以去任何我想去的地方，我可以去看望我在紐約的筆友。如果我是一只鳥，我就可以睡在樹上。每天醒來的時候呼吸一下新鮮的空氣。如果我是一只鳥，那該有多么好啊。
