Firstly,list all the jobs that must be done and decide which one requires immediate attention.Secondly,pide the work into separate parts so it will be easier for you to see whether each part is being accomplished as desired.Working in this way you will avoid a feeling of depression as you see concrete achievements.Finally,assign each task a certain amount of time,so that the task will be carried out systematically.
If you are realistic and allow yourself a little extra time for each task,you will find that all the work will be done according to the time as assigned and a sense of accomplishment will replace the anxiety you felt at first.

Today,as the life standard has improved,people have more money to chase amusement,travel is their first choice.So there are a lot of people on the journey during the public vacation,some people even quit their jobs to do it.The trip without plan was favored by many people since a few years ago,it was the attitude towards life.
今天,隨著生活水平的提高,人們有更多的錢去追逐娛樂，旅行是他們的第一選擇。因此在公共假期期間，有很多人在旅途中,有些人甚至放棄自己的工作去旅游。說走就走的旅行在幾年前就受到了歡迎,這是一種生活態度。
Though people are proud of taking the independent travel,especially when they just go anytime and anywhere,only a few people take action.Some day,as I had the long summer vacation,I suddenly had the idea that I could take a trip without plan.So I asked two of my friends to joined my team.We booked the tickets and and hotel,then the next day,we took the train.We talked and appreciated the scenery outside the window.When we arrived the city,we just walked along the street and enjoyed the feature.

Nowadays, star-worshiping is popular among teenagers, especially many university students.
Why? When it comes to the symptoms of worshiping a star, the main factor I'd like to mention is imitation. With a blind love for their idols, teenagers firmly believe that their choices are the best. As a result, the stars' clothes, hairstyles and hobbies, as well as their behaviors in public, are closely observed or followed, though, to some extent, they may be considered improper or even ridiculous.
In my opinion, having idols is not a bad thing. However, we should make it clear who are the real “heroes”. As far as I am concerned, the real heroes are those who are making the most contributions to our society, such as teachers, doctors and scientists. As students, we should learn from them. Only in this way can we become useful persons in the future.
