　　I. Definition 定義

　　III. Functions功能

　　1.To apply for supportive electronic debit card with which you may handle such banking services as withdrawal and transfer on an ATM, and consumption at the specially engaged shops;申辦與之配套的電子借記卡，可在ATM機上辦理取款及轉賬等銀行業務，可在特約商戶購物消費;

　　IV. Procedures for Account Opening開戶手續

　　1.A deposit passbook may be issued to you and a debit card may be applied for at the same time at any savings office after you fill out a deposit slip and deposit a certain amount of cash(1 RMB yuan at least)

　　在各銀行任一分支機構填寫存款憑條，存入一定數額現金(起存1元人民幣)，即可獲得活期儲蓄存折并可同時申請借記卡。

　　2.At the time of account opening, the client may choose the method of withdrawal by password or with a passbook. If the method of withdrawal by password is chosen, the client shall put on the spot a six-digit password into your savings account. The password is put in through the password processor on the counter and is unknown to any other person including the teller. The password is the key with which you may make withdrawals and you must keep it in mind and not leak it to others.開戶時可選擇憑密碼取款或憑存折取款方式，如選擇憑密碼取款方式，客戶須當場選擇一個6位數字輸入作為該活期儲蓄賬戶的密碼，在柜臺上的密碼器上輸入，包括銀行經辦人員在內的其他人都無法知道密碼。密碼相當于您取款的一把鑰匙，必須牢記，不可泄露他人。
