The two charts reveal the striking changes in college students' taking their jobs. As is shown in the charts, the number of graduates who continue to study is growing steadily; the number of graduates who take jobs irrelevant to their majors rises from 7% in 1997 to 30% in 2007, while the number of graduates who hold jobs in their majors decreases dramatically from 89% in 1997 to 58% in 2007.

Furthermore, some colleges and universities fail to gear their curricula to the development of economy, so some courses are outdated，irrelevant and impractical.
這一明顯變化主要是由于以下的原因。首先，越來越多的大學畢業生發現，在進入到艱苦的就業市場之前進一步學習很有必要。另外，太多大學生學習熱門專業，但社會不能提供這么多與他們專業相關的工作。而且，一些高校沒能夠將其課程與經濟的發展連接起來，所以一些課程過時、無意義并且不切實際。
Based on the above analysis, we can conclude that college students should try to meet the needs of the job market if they want to find a suitable job. They should be careful in choosing majors; and meanwhile, colleges and universities authorities need reform their course system to satify the demands of job market. (197 words)

By the time when one studies 11 hours per day， his efficiency of study becomes very poor.
