People like to eat buffet, because they can eat many kinds of food in a meal, their appetite can be satisfied. I am a fan of buffet, I can eat a lot of food in a time, every time I go into the buffet shop, I tell myself that I will not come out without satisfying my stomach. Facing so many food, I can’t help eating as more as possible, even I am full enough, I still eat, my stomach hurts. It is said that 80% sense of fullness is the best way to keep fit, if people continue to get their stomach more food, then their stomach will be hurt. So the way for people to have buffet is not right, we should enjoy the food instead of eating too fully.
人們喜歡自助餐，因為他們能在一餐里吃很多種食物，他們的胃口也得到了滿足。我是自助餐的粉絲，我能在同一時間里吃很多食物，每次我走進自助餐，我就告訴自己不滿足胃口就不走出來。面對那么多食物，我情不自禁地多吃，即使我很飽，但是仍然在吃，我的胃吃傷了。據說八成飽的感覺是保持健康的最好方法，如果人們繼續讓胃填食物的話，胃就會受到傷害。因此人們吃自助餐的方式是不對的，我們應該享受食物而不是吃得太撐。

In Chinese tradition, people believe that the more children, the better, because having more children means owning the luck, so people had a big family at that time. But the big popularity brings a lot of pressure for our land, what’s more, we were poor, so in order to control the popularity, the government carried out the policy of One-child family plan. Now many years have passed, our economy develops so fast, people live the better life. The one-child family plan indeed brings people many advantages, the parents can raise their children in the better way, they can send their children to the school, thus to receive good education. At the same time, the parents can have less pressure and have more time to enjoy life. Though the plan has its bad sides, but in all, the good sides surpass the negative effect.
在中國的傳統里， 人們覺得越多孩子越好，因為更多的孩子意味著多福氣，因此在那個時候，人們有一個大的家庭。但是巨大的人口給我們土地帶來了很大的壓力，而且，我們處于貧窮的境地，為了控制人口，政府執行了獨生子女政策。如今多年過去了，我們的經濟發展得很快，人們過上了更好的生活。獨生子女政策確實給人們帶來了很多優勢，父母能夠更好地養育他們的孩子，他們可以送孩子去接受更好的教育。同時，父母也會少點壓力，有更多的時間來享受生活。雖然這個政策也有不好的方面，但是總的來說，好的方面超過不好的方面。

When my friends ask me to take pictures of them, they will take a lot of pictures and then only keep a few of them. Because they are not satisfied with most pictures, they think they are not perfect. Actually, when I look at the pictures, there is nothing serious in my eyes, everyone in the pictures look as they are. People chase for the perfect side, that’s why more and more people choose to have the plastic surgery. Take the celebrities for example, they look beautiful enough, but to make themselves look perfect, most of them take the plastic surgery, which makes them look unnatural. People have to cost the great price for chasing the perfect side, while no one is perfect. If we accept our imperfect side, we will live in the easy way and can enjoy the life.
當我的朋友們叫我幫拍照的時候，他們會拍很多照片，然而只有少部分照片能保存下來。因為他們不滿意大部分的照片，覺得自己看起來不完美。實際上，當我看到照片的時候，在我看來沒有什么大問題，照片中的每個人看起來都像他們自己的樣子。人們追求完美的一面，這也是為什么越來越多的人選擇去進行整容手術。就拿名人來說，他們看起來足夠漂亮，但是為了讓自己看起來完美，大部分人進行了整容手術，這讓他們看起來不自然。為了追求完美，人們不得不付出很大的代價，然而沒有人是完美的。如果我們接受自己不完美的方面，那么我們就會過得輕松點，享受好生活。

Faith is very important. Everybody needs faith because faith is just like the light, leading people to move on when they are in the dark. My faith is never give up and the hard time will go anyway. It helps me overcome many difficulties and makes me who I am today.
信念是很重要的。每個人都需要信念，因為信念就如燈光，引領著人們在黑暗中前進。我的信念就是永不言棄，艱難的時刻總會過去。信念幫助我克服很多困難，成就了今天的我。
Life is not always going our way. We will meet all kinds of difficulties. When we are students, we have the study issues, we always want to do the best and make our parents be proud of us. But it is not easy, we may fail the exam now and then. When we become independent, we have to face the problem of making our living. Most people will change their jobs many times until they find the suitable one.
生活不總是按照我們的意愿走。我們會遇到各種各樣的困難。當我們是學生的時候，會有學習的煩惱，我們總是想要做得最好，讓父母為我們感到自豪。但是這不容易做到，我們可能會時而不時地考砸。當我們變得獨立，就要面對生存的問題。大部分人會換工作，直到他們找到合適的。
I had faith when I was in high school, I realize no matter how hard I work, I just could not be successful all the time. So I told myself not to give up and I would see the light soon. Thanks to this faith, I become a tough girl. I am so proud of myself.
在高中的時候，我就有信念, 我意識到無論我多么努力學習，都不可能一直成功。因此我告訴自己不要放棄，很快就能看到勝利之光。多虧了這樣的信念，我成為了一個堅強的女孩。我為自己感到自豪。
