　　Shall I, wasting in despair,

　　Die because a woman’s fair ?

　　荒野里我舞姿歡暢，

　　此時來了一位姑娘;

　　被她捉住關進小屋，

　　一把金鎖將我深藏。

　　黃金、珍珠、水晶做成，

　　這間小屋閃閃發亮;

　　它通向另一個世界，

　　迷人的夜色灑滿月光。

　　那里我看到另一個英國，

　　倫敦和高塔毫無兩樣;

　　也有泰晤士河與小山，

　　同樣有個小屋令人神往。

　　透明、可愛、光彩熠熠，

　　竟然有個同樣的姑娘;

　　各自關閉在三重世界，

　　快樂使我震顫心慌!

　　三重微笑多么甜蜜，

　　我的心如烈火癲狂;

　　竟然得到三重親吻，

　　當我俯身去吻女郎。

　　情在燃燒手在發燙，

　　我去抓牢深處的模樣;

　　不料那小屋突然爆裂，

　　她變成淚人淚水汪汪。

　　她哭泣著躺在荒野，

　　臉色那么悲戚蒼黃;

　　我又回到那外面的世界，

　　吹拂在風中充滿憂傷。
