Going to middle school is the challenge for me. At first, I am so afraid of facing the strangers, and being lonely is the first lesson I needed to face. Then I make new friends soon, my deskmate is such a nice person that she helps me to recognize many classmates and soon I become a member of this big group. Going to the new environment lets me make more friends. We share the same interest. After class, we do the group homework. We discuss about problems and find the solutions. I gain so much knowledge and broaden my vision. I love this school life and I am enjoying the atmosphere.

we couldn' t believe that it was a village. the buildings for the farmers were very beautiful, the streets were very clean and there were many flowers in front of the houses. in the middle of the village there was a school with a wonderful building and a large playground. all the children in the village study there.

the farmers got richer by planting vegetables and raising silkworms. in their houses there were colour tv sets, fridges,washing machines, new furniture and even motorbikes. all these showed the farmers' life was getting better and better.

the great changes had attracted foreigners. today some of them would come to visit it. we were happy for the farmers. we hope the farmers will be richer and happier.

How Can We Protect Ourselves at School?

School bullies happen in almost every school. In my school we sometimes have bullies and some students are hurt, so it is really bad for us to bully others or be bullied at school.

We are supposed to stop any school bully when we are in the trouble of it. For example, we should stay calm before a bullying behavior happens. We should always be friendly and helpful when making friends with others. Here are some of my ideas about stopping school bullies. Firstly, we will learn how to have a self-protection because our personal safety is the most important. Secondly, we should be peaceful with others at all times and can't have any violent behavior. Finally, obeying school rules is also a way to avoid school bullies.

It is known to all that today the environment has been badly polluted. Though many action have been taken to protect our environment, it still has a long way to go. Two years ago, I went to middle school, and the first moment I saw the environment, I found that trees were very small, and many workers were busy planting trees. Now, when I looked around our school, the trees were taller than people and they grew so fast. People always talk about planting trees but less of them can take action. If they plant trees immediately, then there would be more green scenery. Protecting the environment is not just words. We should take action right now.
