Dear Alice,
How are you? I'm glad to invite you to come to my new house this coming Summer. It is located in the No.5 of the 5th street where is near our middle-school.
There are 2 floors with 8 rooms including the kitchen, canteen, living room and guest's room. The living is the most favorite room because you can see a beautiful garden out of the window and there are lots kind of flowers.
The most important is there is a good piano stood there. In the weekend, my parents, my sister and brother enjoy the whole afternoon in the living room, playing the piano, singing and dancing.
Please let me know what is the time you'd like to come and we'll pick up you at the raiway station. Looking forward to seeing you.
