When we have something annoy us, we will naturally to find someone to talk about it, the first choice is friend. We will not talk about it in front of our parents, because we don't want them to worry about us. Friend is so important in our life, we have many friends, we will share our happiness and sorrow with them, we hang out together, in a word, friends are part of our life. What will happened if someone have no friend? We hear from the news that the crime people are isolated by others, most of them have no friends, their view point about the world is distorted. Without friends, people have no where to relieve their emotion, the long time's depression of the emotion distract people from the normal life. So friends are very important, we can't live without friends.
當我們有煩惱的時候，自然地，我們會找人來談談，朋友是第一選擇。我們不會在父母面前談論煩惱，因為我們不想讓他們擔心。朋友在我們的生命中很重要，我們有很多朋友，和他們分享我們的喜怒哀樂，一起出去晃蕩，總的來說，朋友是我們生活中的一部分。如果沒有朋友會變得怎樣呢?我們從新聞上看到犯罪的人被人隔離，他們大部分人沒有朋友，他們的世界觀是扭曲的。沒有朋友，人們就無處釋放情緒，長期壓抑的情緒讓人們脫離正常生活。因此朋友很重要，我們不能沒有朋友。

Today, as the development of the medical, people can slow down their aging. As for the celebrities, they use the developed technology to keep young, seeing their unchangeable faces in the screen for so many years, the audience also want to imitate the celebrity, they believe that by using the developed technology, they can keep young all the time. While in my opinion, the way to keep young is to hold a young heart, some people look young outside, but in their hearts, they are old enough and refuse to keep pace with the time. While for another group, even they have wrinkles, they are curious about all the things and are willing to change. My grandpa is old, but he knows all the fashionable things, sometimes I have to ask him for the new things. The young heart is the way to keep young forever.
今天，隨著醫(yī)療的發(fā)展，人們能夠延緩衰老。對于名人來講，他們使用高科技來保持年輕，看到他們常年在屏幕上保持不變的容顏，觀眾也想要模仿名人，他們相信通過使用高科技就能一直保持年輕。然而在我看來，保持年輕的方法就是擁有一顆年輕的心，一些人表面看起來年輕，但是在他們的心里，他們足夠的老，并且拒絕去與時俱進。對于另外一些人來講，雖然他們有皺紋，但是他們對一切都保持好奇，并且愿意去改變。我的爺爺年紀大，但是他對一切時尚的東西都了如指掌，有時候我不得不問他關于新的事物。年輕的心是永葆青春的方法。

從錯誤中學習 Learn From Mistakes
As Goethe says, “man errs so long as he strives”, no one can avoid making mistakes. Therefore, what we need to do is to recognize and revise our mistakes and learn from them.
正如歌德所說：“人只要奮斗就會犯錯誤”，任何人都會犯錯。因此，我們需要做的是承認錯誤，改正錯誤，并從中學習。
For one thing, from mistakes, we learn to be more careful and observant. Small though a mistake is, it can destroy the whole plan that we are engaged in. Therefore, in the process of finding mistakes, we are also shaping our characteristics of carefulness and cautiousness and strengthen our capacity of observation. We understand that success consists of details and we could not ignore the smallest mistakes.
一方面，從錯誤中，我們要學會更加細心，學會觀察入微。一個錯誤再小，但也能破壞我們從事的整個計劃。因此，在發(fā)現(xiàn)錯誤的過程中，我們同時也在形成細心謹慎的性格，加強我們的觀察能力。我們會明白成功是由細節(jié)組成的，我們不能忽視哪怕是最小的錯誤。
For another, the process of finding and revising mistakes is also a process of changing our way of thinking. In many cases, we find that our mistakes are not in what we have done, but in the methods we have used. Thus, when we find that we are wrong, we would try another way to carry out our plan. In this process, we are trying to think in other ways and our capacity of thinking is also improved.
另一方面，發(fā)現(xiàn)錯誤、改正錯誤的過程也是改變我們的思考方式的過程。在很多情況下，我們發(fā)現(xiàn)我們的錯誤并不在于我們所做的事情，而在于我們所使用的方式。因此，當我們發(fā)現(xiàn)我們犯了錯，我們就會嘗試另外的方法來實施我們的計劃。在這個過程中，我們試著用另外的方式思考，我們的思考能力同時也得到了提高。
In a word, mistakes are inevitable but we have to take a proper attitude towards them. And making mistakes is not totally a bad thing because we can learn some enlightenment from it.
總之，錯誤是不可避免的，但是我們要采取正確的態(tài)度去對待。同時犯錯也不完全就是壞事，因為我們可以從中學到一些啟示。
