　　Health is the best treasure (which) a man can possess. Money can do many things, but it cannot buy happiness. However, so long as man has good health, he can enjoy the pleasures of human life.

　　In order to insure good health we must pay attention to three things. They are-nourishing food, fresh air and proper exercise.

　　我們大家都希望快樂，所以我們應該好好保重健康。一個病人因為失去健康而很少快樂。

　　健康是一個人所能擁有最好的財富。錢能做許多事情，但是它卻不能購買。然而，只要一個人有良好的健康，他就能享受人生的樂趣。

　　為了保證良好的健康，我們必須注意三件事情。它們是營養食物，新鮮空氣和正當運動。

　　Which is more important, wealth or health? Different people have different opinions. 　　Some people prefer wealth, holding that money can not bring everything, but without it, one can do nothing. In order to accumulate more money they can do anything. However, other people regard health as more important. Once health is lost, it is no use having a lot of money. 　　As far as I am concerned, I love wealth, but I value health more. Everybody wants to live a happy life. So they try their best to earn money which can ensure they lead a comfortable life, but if happiness and comfort are achieved at the cost of their health, how can they be happy? Without health money becomes meaningless. 　　In my opinion, no one agrees that a wealthy person without good health can be happy. So, just do our best to keep healthy.

　　I remember once,my mother and I play.The start of the match,a mother of a fly ball,let me be taken by surprise,the first round is completed,I temporarily behind.Second I adjust the good mentality,the mother's weakness,defeated the mother.

　　After the game,I came back home the sequence of events listen to my father,her father laughed and said:'transport functions bring health and happiness,you know,you can grow up.

　　Sports can bring people happiness and health.
