          We are not god, so we will have the emotions all the time, when we meet difficulties, we will feel distressed, when we are treated unfairly, we will be angry. We must learn to deal emotions, so that we can move on. When the emotions come, we must tell ourselves to calm down, we can get angry for a while, but not all the time, only when we calm down can we think in a clear way. We can also find a way to relieve our emotions, like going to KTV or just talking to friends. We have to face emotion problems now and then, if we do the right thing, then all is well.

Laughing too fiercely ,especially being deeply sorrow is not good for our boby or our life.And here are some suggestions for you .Firstly, if you are in low mood , you can try to go out and have a walk. Secondly, thinking of your happy memory in your life . Third, listening to the music you like should be helpful. Last but not least, don't burden yourself as possible as you can usually.

          What makes me angry? Mostly, I hate when someone tries to make someone else feel bad. I have to admit that once, when I was really angry, I actually called names. I regretted doing this afterwards, but not full heartedly because I think I was provoked in that situation.

          The most positive way of dealing with anger is talking about the problem. I talk to someone who listens, or I'll write my thoughts down on paper. Learning how to deal with anger as you're growing up is so important. When you're younger, you might yell, or cry when you're angry, but as you get older, you're expected to handle your emotions much better.

          Learning to control your emotion now will prevent you from doing something that you'll regret later on in life!
