As we all know,China's mainland population grew to 1.339 billion by 2010,according to census figures released on Thursday,so the government take many action to reduce population.In the most families only have one children,for example me,in my home,my parents only have one children.In fact,I really want to have a brother or sister,because if I have a brother or sister,I will not feel lonely.And if I have some problems,he or she can help me.We can play together and grow up together,when I saw other children play with his brother pr sister in my childhood,I’m admired him very much.Until now,I also want to have a brother,if I have something can’t tell others,I can tell him,and he will protect me.
So in the future,when I have my own family,I will be a parent,I hope I will have two children,one is a boy,the other is a girl.They can accompany with each other,and the brother can protect sister if she have some problems in the outside,and they can study how to cooperate.When they grow up,we will be old,he and she also have many babies,and we will live together very happy.

It has been such a long time for Chinese people to carry out the family plan, so most families only have one child. But now the government has loosen the one-child policy, more and more families have the right to raise the second child. In my opinion, having the second child has many advantages.
中國人實行計劃生育已經有很長一段時間了，因此大部分家庭只有一個孩子。但是如今政府放松了一胎政策，越來越多的家庭有權利養育第二個孩子。在我看來，擁有第二個孩子很多好處。
First, it is good for the only child to have a sister or brother, so that the child can learn to share things. The parents are easily to focus their all attention to the only child, they want to give all the things he wants. But in the long run, they don’t realize they have spoiled their child to be an emperor. Selfishness can be found on the only child, if he has a partner, then he will realize the need to share things with others. What’s more, the parents can distract their attention, so they won’t spoil their kids.
第一，對于獨生子女來說，有個兄弟姐妹是好的，這樣孩子就能學會分享東西。父母很容易會把他們的注意力集中在獨生子女身上，他們想要給予孩子所要的一切。但是長期下去，他們沒有意識到已經把孩子寵溺成了一個皇帝。獨生子女很容易自私，如何他有一個伙伴，就會和別人分享東西的需要。而且，父母也會分散他們的注意力，這樣就不會寵溺孩子。
Second, since in Chinese tradition the old people would not like to spend their later life in the nursing house, two children can share the burden of taking care of the parents and support them when they grow old. Those only children would be exhausted then while they have their own family to take care.
第二，由于在中國的傳統里老年人們不愿意在養老院安度晚年，兩個孩子也能分擔一下照顧和贍養年老父母的壓力。而那些獨生子女們還要照顧自己的家庭，會力不從心。
Third, the more kids in the family, the happier the family will be. Watching the children play and fight is a kind of fun for the parents. The lively phenomenon makes people feel happy.
第三，家中越多的孩子，家庭就會更加的幸福。看著孩子們玩耍和吵架，對父母來說也是一種樂趣。熱鬧的環境讓人感到開心。

When it is carried out for some time, many people not only see its advantages but also disadvantages. Thus, people argue that two-child policy should be put into effect. In my opinion, two-child policy should be carried out.
中國是一個人口大國。為了解決人口問題，我國政府決定實施獨生子女政策。執行一段時間后，許多人不僅看到了這個政策的優點還有缺點。因此，人們開始推崇二胎政策。在我看來，二胎政策是應該實施的。
First of all, two-child policy is the gift for some only child. For some families, maybe the parents are only child and they also can have only child. Put aside the loneliness of their child, when their child grows up and they grow older, their child marry with an only child girl accidentally, the burden on their child and his wife is unimaginable heavy. Their child and his wife have to take care of two old couples. Usually, a young couple looking after an old couple is a little difficult; if the pressure increasing twice, how can they stand it. But if their parents have two children, they can share the burden of taking care of their parents. It would be much better.
首先，二胎政策對于一些獨生子女來說是天賜的禮物。對于一些家庭來說，也許父母都是獨生子女，而他們也只生一個孩子。拋開孩子的孤獨不說，當他們的孩子長大了，而他們也變老了，他們的孩子又和一個獨生子女結婚，這樣的話,壓在他們孩子和孩子妻子肩上的壓力是不可想象的。他們的孩子和他的妻子不得不照顧兩對老人。通常，一對年輕的夫婦照顧一對老人就有點難了;如果壓力增加了一倍，他們怎么能忍受呢。但是如果他們的父母有兩個孩子，他們就能分享照顧父母的壓力。這樣會比較好。
Secondly, two-child policy can guarantee the number of Chinese population. As the widely spread of one-child policy, some people have changed their conception about giving birth. If they firmly believe one-child policy, there will be more and more the dink. After several decades, our country will famous for lack of population.
其次，二胎政策可以確保中國的人口數量。由于廣泛宣傳獨生子女政策，有些人已經改變了他們的生育觀念。如果他們認同獨生子女政策，就會有越老越多的丁克族。幾十年后，我國就會以人口短缺而著名了。
In conclusion, one-child policy has out of date. And tow-child policy is needed and necessary. It can solve the problem of nowadays and the future.
總之，獨生子女政策已經過時了。二胎政策是必要和必須的。這可以解決當前和未來的問題。
