Every year during the Dragon Boat Festival, our whole family can eat delicious dumplings. Momma always said: the rice dumplings with reeds are the most fragrant. Therefore, every year, the mother of the Dragon Boat Festival USES the leaves of the reed to make zongzi. Before making zongzi, she prepared herself: boil the leaves of the reeds in the water and wash them separately. When the reed leaves were cold, she began to make zongzi.
