People always attach the importance to the promise, they hate people who break their promise. I remember once a time, my friend asked me to go to see the movie with her, I said yes without hesitation. But on that day, I forgot about the date, I just woke up late and then played computer games in my bedroom. My friends called me, she asked why did I disappear, I said I was sleeping at home, she became very angry, until then did I think about our date. I felt so sorry, I break my promise for the first time, I realize I did the very bad thing. Even though I apologized for many times, my friend was still angry with me. I learn the lesson, promise is very important, we must keep it, other people will see through our personality to decide what kind of person we are.
人們總是賦予承諾很大的重要性，他們厭惡那些不守信用的人。我記得有一次，我的朋友叫我去和她一起看電影，我毫不猶豫就答應(yīng)了。但是到了那天，我忘記了我們的約會(huì)，我很晚才起床，然后呆在房間里玩電腦游戲。我的朋友打電話給我，她問(wèn)我為什么我沒(méi)有出現(xiàn)，我說(shuō)我在家里睡覺(jué)，她很生氣，直到到時(shí)我才想起我們的約會(huì)。我感到很抱歉，我第一次失信了，我做了很不好的事情。雖然我多次道歉，但是我的朋友當(dāng)時(shí)仍在生氣。我學(xué)到了教訓(xùn)，誠(chéng)信是很重要的，我們必須遵守，別人會(huì)通過(guò)我們的人格來(lái)決定我們是什么樣的人。

Friendship means being friendly to each other or making friends with one another. Human beings are social animals. They do not live in isolation.They need each other both physically and emotionally.
友誼意味著彼此友好相處或與他人交朋友。人類是一種社會(huì)動(dòng)物，他們不能孤立存在，他們?cè)谏砩虾颓楦猩隙急舜诵枰?/p>
However, some people distort friendship by forming small groups that are harmful to others, or even to the whole community. In university some students from the same city or province form an association to help each other. But such associations often exclude students from other parts of the country, and thus do not promote friendship in a broad sense.
然而，有人卻把組建對(duì)付他人、甚至于危害整個(gè)社會(huì)的小團(tuán)體曲解為友誼。大學(xué)里，來(lái)自同一城市或同一省份的一些學(xué)生組成一個(gè)社團(tuán)，彼此互相幫助。但這樣的社團(tuán)往往排斥了來(lái)自其他地區(qū)的學(xué)生，因此從廣義上講，這并不能促進(jìn)友誼。
True and lasting friendship is based on a more solid foundarien. Real friends share the same ideals. While marching toward their common objective, they help each other. If one makes a mistake, his friend will not hesitate to point it out for him, because he knows the frank criticism will help him. What we need is this type of genuine friendship.
真正而持久的友誼是以更為牢固的根基為基礎(chǔ)的。真正的朋友擁有共同的理想。當(dāng)他們向共同的目標(biāo)邁進(jìn)時(shí)，彼此相互幫助。若一個(gè)人犯了錯(cuò)，他的朋友會(huì)毫不猶豫地為他指出來(lái)，因?yàn)樗勒嬲\(chéng)的批評(píng)會(huì)對(duì)他有益。我們需要的就是這種真正的友誼。

In the English skills, writing is almost the most difficult for students, so many of them are afraid of writing. It’s true that writing a good composition requires higher level skills than listening or speaking, but there still are some effective tips to make it good. Firstly, you should clearly know what you are going to write and the focus on you topic and then make an outline. Secondly, pay attention to the spelling and grammar. They are not very difficult, but make many students confused, especially the grammar. Don’t let these little problems affect your writing. Thirdly, use some phrases appropriately and combine long sentences with short sentences to make your composition sound better. Finally, ensure the depth of your composition. Do not make people feel that you express nothing although you write a long length. Anyway, practice makes perfect. Only the practice help you do well in writing and make progress.
