I am really feeling bad that you are being troubled by overweight these days. The problem you are facing is common among our teenagers.
I have just read an article about overweight kids. It is said that overweight kids don’t exercise enough or eat unhealthy foods which contain too much sugar or fat. No matter what causes your problem, I suggest you go on a balanced diet or just eat less for half a year and see the result. Also, don’t forget to take more exercise. You know, every afternoon after class I play basketball together with my classmates, and it does work for me.

In China, people treat the family as a very important union, families get together now and then, even the kids get married, they still treat their parents in the first place. So the family means so much to everyone, family has great influence on them. When the family gets on well, people can focus their mind to work, they don’t need to worry about other issues. It is reported that the people live in a harmonious environment are more easy to get succeed, which reflects the importance of the family. While people who live in a unharmonious family are easily distracted from work, because besides the work issues, they also have family annoyance. So the family is very important, we should keep in touch with family members often, even though we are busy, we should go home often, never let the work occupancies you.
在中國(guó)，人們把家庭看成一個(gè)很重要的團(tuán)體，家人時(shí)而不時(shí)地團(tuán)聚，即使孩子們結(jié)婚以后，他們?nèi)匀话迅改阜旁诘谝晃?。因此家庭?duì)每個(gè)人來說意味著很多，家庭對(duì)每個(gè)人影響很大。當(dāng)家庭相處得很好的時(shí)候，人們可以集中精力在工作上，他們不用擔(dān)憂其他問題。據(jù)報(bào)道，生活在和諧環(huán)境的人比較容易成功，這反應(yīng)了家庭的重要性。然而那些生活在不那么和諧的家庭的人容易在工作中分心，因?yàn)樗麄兂斯ぷ魃系膯栴}外，還要擔(dān)憂家庭。因此家庭是很重要的，我們應(yīng)該經(jīng)常和家庭成員聯(lián)系，即使很忙，也要經(jīng)常回家，永遠(yuǎn)不要讓工作占據(jù)了你。

珍惜時(shí)間 Cherish Time
If you ask me what is the most precious, I would say that it’s time. Time is something once lost, you could never have again. Therefore, we should cherish it and spend it in meaningful things. However, many people do too many meaningless things to kill their time, such as playing computer, watching TV, or gossiping. When you do these things, the time has long been unwittingly flowed away. In my opinion, the best way to make full use of time is planning your time rationally and sticking the plan firmly. Spending more time on something significant not only will make your life fulfilling, but also will give you a sense of accomplishment. Instead, killing your time with meaningless things would bring you depression even despair. Remember that those who abandon time will be also abandoned by time.
如果你問我什么東西是最寶貴的，我會(huì)說是時(shí)間。它是你一旦失去就再也得不到的東西。因此，我們都應(yīng)該學(xué)會(huì)珍惜時(shí)間，把時(shí)間用在有意義的事情上。但是，很多人卻做了許多無意義的事情來消磨時(shí)光，比如玩電腦、看電視或者說閑話。當(dāng)你在做這些事情的時(shí)候，時(shí)間早已在不知不覺間流走了。在我看來，最好的珍惜時(shí)間的做法是合理安排時(shí)間，并堅(jiān)決按照計(jì)劃行事。把時(shí)間用在有意義的事情上，不僅會(huì)讓你的生活更充實(shí)，也會(huì)給你帶來成就感。相反，若是用那些無聊的事情消磨時(shí)間，則可能會(huì)讓你覺得沮喪甚至絕望。記住，拋棄時(shí)間的人，時(shí)間也拋棄他。
