體育鍛煉 Physical Exercises
As you all know, the study work is heavy inhigh school. There are often more than 10 courses a day including the evening.That will take more than 9 hours in study a day, and without weekends. Thestudents in high school are exhausted after school and not willing to do the physical exercisesanymore. In fact, it is not only very bad for health but also bad for study. Theteenagers have to do enough exercises to keep healthy and growing tall. Anddoing physical exercises can make a people strong and lighten one up,refill the energy to study more efficiently. So, the high school studentsshould do physical exercises. They can do some sports, such as playingfootball or basketball, running, swimming and so on.
眾所周知，在高中的學習任務是很繁重的。包括晚上，每天經常有超過節課。這將會占用個小時用來學習，還沒有周末。放學后高中生都已經筋疲力盡了，不再想去鍛煉身體。實際上，這不但有害健康，還不利于學習。青少年必須要做足夠的體育鍛煉才能保持健康，繼續長身體。而身體鍛煉能讓人強壯和放松，重新注入能量，讓學習更加有效率。所以，高中生應該鍛煉身體。他們可以做些運動，例如打籃球或者踢足球、跑步、游泳等等。

With the development of the e-commerce, more and more people intent to do the shopping online. There are many advantages of online shopping, yet there are some disadvantages too.
隨著電子商務的發展，網絡購物變得越來越流行。網絡購物有很多優點，然而也有不少缺點。
On the one hand, the online shopping are very convenient. Unlike the physical stores, there is no limit of time for you to do the shopping online. And you can find anything in the online store, some of which you may hardly buy at the local. And also, the price is relatively transparent, you can choose the affordable one to buy.
一方面，網絡購物非常方便。不像實體店，網絡購物對你來說沒有任何時間限制。而且你可以在網店找到任何東西，有些還是你在當地很難買到的東西。并且，價格也相對透明，你可以選擇實惠的商品來買。
On the other hand, since the goods are only presented by the pictures and descriptions, it is hard to tell its reality, so you might have bought something you don't like, or even the fake one. Of course you can ask for the after service, but it will increase your cost of the time. And the advertisements on the online shops may make you spend much more money on online shopping without being conscious.
另一方面，由于商品只是通過圖片和描述展示，很難斷定其真實性，所以你很可能買到你其實不喜歡的商品，甚至是假貨。當然你可以申請售后服務，但是也會增加你的時間成本。還有網店上的廣告可能會讓你神不知鬼不覺的多花了好多錢在網絡購物上。
Anyway, the online shopping makes the shopping easier, but please do it with rationality.

The Influence of The Social Network Service
As been popular in young people's daily life, the social network service have influenced not only the ways we are socializing but also the culture and the tradition of the country.
自從社交網絡在年輕人的生活里變得普遍，它不但影響了我們社交的方式，也影響了這個國家的文化和傳統。
Take the spring festival as an example, traditionally, in the evening of the Chinese New Year eve, the whole family usually would have a reunion meal. Many of the family members are not really be at home quite often spending time with others especially with their old parents, so this reunion meal is very important for every family to have a chance to talk, enjoy the together time. But today all has changed. The most common look of the reunion meal now is that all young people eat quietly meanwhile the eyes are staring at their cell phone, checking out their “Friend Circle” to see if anyone update the status. They only make sounds when someone grab a red envelop with very lousy money in it. The old parents feel awkward when facing this weird situation, no one would even like to talk to them, the reunion meal turns out that there is just a bunch of strange people eating at the same table.
就拿春節來說，傳統上說，在除夕的晚上，全家人通常會在一起吃團圓飯。許多人也沒有真正經常呆在家里跟家人在一起，尤其是跟老人們在一起，所以團圓飯尤其重要，大家可以一起聊聊天，享受在一起的時光。但是如今一切都變了。團圓飯最普遍的畫面就是，年輕人們都安安靜靜的吃飯，眼鏡死死的盯著手機，查看他們的“朋友圈”有沒有人更新狀態。只有在他們搶到一個紅包的時候才會發出聲響，而紅包里的錢少得可憐。老人們在面對這種怪異的場面時異常尷尬，沒人愿意跟他們說說話，團圓飯變成了只是一群陌生的人在同一張桌子吃飯而已。
And the TV shows are pushing this more far ahead. They will set some interactive sessions to encourage people use the social network service on their cell phone to get some bonus. So even TV time people still stick to their cell phone and have no word for others sitting around. Seems like the social network service is completely replace the normal communication offline. That will obviously ruin the relationship with family.
而電視節目也在推波助瀾。他們會設置一些互動環節，鼓勵觀眾用他們的手機上的社交網絡服務獲取一些獎勵。所以即使是看電視的時候，人們也始終跟手機粘在了一起，不跟周圍的人說一句話。好像社交網絡已經完全代替了正常的線下交流。這顯然會破壞家庭關系。
I wouldn't say the social network service is all bad, but somehow, I prefer to communicate face to face with someone I really care.
我不是說社交網絡有什么不好，但是我想我更喜歡跟我在乎的人面對面進行交流。
