When it comes to competition and cooperation, some people always emphasize competition but neglect cooperation. Their reasons run as following: to begin with, they believe only competition can help them defeat their counterparts; in addition, they think competition is the only way to lead to success.
談到競爭與合作，有些人總是強調(diào)競爭，而忽視合作。其原因如下：首先，他們認(rèn)為只有競爭才能幫助他們擊敗對手;此外，他們認(rèn)為競爭是通向成功的唯一途徑。
But some others hold different opinion. They think cooperation is as important as competition. They base their opinion on the following reasons: on one hand, cooperation can build trust between each other and help to bring long-term relationship; on another hand, cooperation can turn a small and weak business into a big and strong one.

According to the investigation of the income sources of students, the income of American and Chinese students comes from parents, part-time job and scholarship. However, the percentage of each income is quite different: fifty percent of the American students income comes from their parents, fifteen percent comes from the scholarships granted by colleges and universities and the rest comes from part-time jobs; ninety percent of Chinese students' income comes from their parents.
In my opinion, the main reasons for the difference is that American students are taught to be independent when they are very young, while Chinese students are taken such good care of that it is very difficult for them to live on their own. What's more, Chinese students have fewer opportunities to find part-time jobs.
Nowadays more and more Chinese students are seeking part-time jobs. For one thing, some students come from poor areas and their parents can't afford the high cost of education. For another, they're eager to acquire some social skills and earn some money which will help them do more in school and live independently. As far as American students are concerned, I think the sources of American students' income will remain the same.

Today is mother's day. I think my mother is so hard, and today she is ill. I should do more on this mother's day to make my mother happy. Yes, I should buy a gift for my mother today and do some housework. I decided to act now. At first, I took my pocket money to buy a gift -- a card.
I walked out of my house and looked at a few shops, but none of these shops were selling CARDS. How to do? Looking for! I walked on again. I want to find a card today. I went to a small shop, and I saw that there were CARDS in it. Well, finally I found it. I went into the store and picked it up.
I asked the shopkeeper to bring out all kinds of CARDS. I picked it one by one. Finally I found a satisfactory liuxue86.com card. The card is very beautiful, and it has a beautiful music on the open. Great! So I asked the boss, "how much is it?" The boss and the owner say: "kid, not expensive, five dollars a piece." B: I think so. Money is really inexpensive. I paid for the card and went home.
When I got home, I saw my mother lying in bed. So I started doing housework. I took the broom and swept it all over. Then I mop the floor again. After a while, I took the mop down to the tap. By the time I had finished, my mother was awake. She smiled when she saw the clean and tidy room. I quickly put down the mop and brought the card, handed it to mom with both hands, and said loudly, "happy mother's day!" "Mother said," tao tao, the card is not important. What matters is your study, as long as you do well, I will be happy!" I said, "mom, I know. I will study hard and get full marks for the second time."
