This afternoon we had a PE lesson. Our teacher taught us to practise the long jump. When the bell rang, we gathered on the playground. After warming-up exercises, the teacher told us the way of long jump and showed us how to do it. Then we followed the teacher and practised one after another. Soon came my turn, but I felt a hit nervous. Though I failed the first time, yet I didn't lose my heart. I kept on practising. At last I was able to jump over 3 meters.
From this lesson I came to see that one will succeed if he has perseverance.

I would spend the most of my PE lesson to exercise rather than study in class. There are various activities, such as playing table tennis, playing football and so on. While, I just love running, especially the long-distance running for it exercises my endurance and perseverance.Not only it is beneficial to prevent and cure diseases, but it can alleviate my pressure from study.
我會把大部分的體育課花在鍛煉上而不是在教室里學習。有各種各樣的活動,比如打乒乓球,踢足球等等。然而我只是喜歡跑步,尤其是長跑因為它可以鍛煉我的耐力和毅力。它不僅有利于預防、治療疾病,而且它可以緩解我的學習壓力。
So, every time I have difficulty in my study, I always run on the playground for relax. Then I would feel better and focus on my study again.

I like playing volleyball that it’s my favorite sport. Since I learned to playvolleyball in PE two years ago, I was badly interested in it. Therefore, I learnedit with my volleyball teacher. And half a year later, I joined the schoolvolleyball team. It’s such an excellent team that I have a great time. Ipractice with my team mates every afternoon. And we have played many matchestogether. Except the awards we get, I cherish the precious affection between meand team mates and volleyball. And playing volleyball makes me realize howimportant of union and teamwork. As long as we unit together, we can beat anyopponents. I will always cherish my love to volleyball.
