This year, the most stringent traffic rules are carried out, in order to reduce traffic accidents and improve citizens’ safety and property. One of them is strictly prohibited to drunk driving. I think it’s reasonable to this issue, no matter how strict the traffic rule is. Drinking reduce people’s sensibility that people can’t react immediately when the unexpected situation occurs, due to the anesthetic effects of alcohol. Besides, people will be tire easily after drinking, which is desperately dangerous to driving. In addition, people are usually excited after drinking. With stimulation of alcohol, people sometimes overestimate their own and try to do something dangerous despite of the advice of the people around them. In my opinion, it is necessary to ban on drinking while driving, for the sake of safety.
今年，為了減少交通事故，保證人民的人身和財產安全，我國開始執行史上最為嚴厲的新交規。其中一條就是嚴禁酒后駕車。對于酒駕這個問題，我認為不管多嚴格的規定都是合理的。由于酒精的作用，喝酒會使人的反應能力降低，無法快速應對意外事件。此外，喝酒后人很容易感到疲勞，這對開車來說是很危險的事情。再者，喝酒也會使人產生興奮的感覺。在酒精的作用下，人有的時候會高估自己，因而會不顧旁人勸告而做出一些危險的舉動。在我看來，為了所有人的安全著想，嚴禁酒后駕車是十分必要的。

When I was a child, there was only one black and white TV set in our village. And I don’t know what’s computer. I often went to school on foot. What’s more, in summer, we had to use hand-made fans to make our temperature down. If I wanted to connect with the distant friends or relatives, the most convenient way is writing letters, which may lost on the way or take a lot of time to reach the destination.
當我還是個孩子的時候，我們村只有一臺黑白電視機。我不知道什么是計算機。我經常走路去學校。更重要的是，在夏天，我們不得不用手工扇來祛熱。如果我想和遠方的朋友或親戚聯系，最方便的方法就是寫信，可是信很可能會在路上弄丟了或需要花很長的時間才能到達目的地。
However, nowadays, there are four color televisons in my home and most people have their own computers. And now cars are seen everywhere. In addition, most houses have airconditioning, which can cool the whole house quickly. With the development of cell phone, people can reach each other in a second. They can talk or see each other through cell phone.

Secondly, when we leave our house or classroom, we would better turn of the lights, fans or airconditioning.
首先，我們應該多坐公車而不是開車。隨著人們生活水平的提高，越來越多的人開私家車。這一現象是造成空氣污染的原因之一。因為它排放的氣體會產生大量的二氧化碳，這可能最終導致空氣污染。其次，當我們離開我們的房子或教室時，我們最好把燈，風扇或空調關了。
