This morning I went to the market to buy some vegetables with my parents. On the way we all highly praised a young man in western-style clothes and leather shoes who was riding by.But he rode so fast that he knocked an old lady down carelessly.Instead of stopping, he pretended not to see this and rode away quickly.We were all very angry with the young man.To our happiness, a girl in plain dress ran forward at once, helped the lady up and took her home.We all praised the girl.
From this we know we cannot judge a person by his appearance.A person who is dressed beautifully may not have a beautiful soul. Only a person who has a beautiful soul is really beautiful.
每個人都會被美所吸引，莢有強大的力量。但是什么是真正的美呢?或許你可以從下面的事情中得到答案。
今天早上我和父母一起去市場買蔬菜，路上我們都贊嘆一個西裝革履的正騎車經過的年輕人。但是他騎得太快了，不小心把一位老婦人撞倒在地。而他卻假裝沒看到，飛快地騎走了。我們都生那個年輕人的氣。讓人欣慰的是，一個穿著樸素的女孩立刻跑過來，扶起老人并把她送回了家。我們都夸獎這個小女孩。
由此我們知道了，不能通過外表來判斷一個人。一個身穿華服的人可能沒有美好的心靈，擁有美麗靈魂的人才是真正美麗的。
難忘的一件事情 An Unforgettable Thing（二）
As a student ,I don’t have any great event to talk about ,but here I want to share my experience of preparing for the high school entrance examination.
During the first three years of junior school ,we were very happy and free .But we often heard that Grade 4 would be a hell. After the final exam of Grade 3 in June, everything blew onto our faces : teachers’ changing , harder and harder texts , terrible pressure and of course the graduate exam .Where your position was on the listboard became the most important thing in our life .
But I must say that it’s really an unforgettable memory in my life. Under the pressure we lived our life to the fullest, and enjoyed the true interesting things that we may have never cared before. Grade 4 in junior school was a turning point in my life. My attitude to learning, my world outlook and my philosophy of life all changed. I turned to be positive and strong. I also gained many people’s true & pure friendship, both teachers ’ and classmates’. In some way, I like that kind of life, as it taught me many things I’d never learned before.
Teachers also helped me a lot. I still can’t forget that my history teacher talked to me until 10:00 p.m. on April 30th, 2003, for my application. My head teacher also encouraged me, so did my Chinese teacher. I should say, all my teachers worked very hard and always neglected their sleep and meals. Even if some of them were about 50 and often fell ill, they never left us one day .
作為一名學生,我沒有任何重大事件來談,而是在這里,我想和大家分享我的學習經驗的高中入學考試。

I love English class so much, because learning English can bring me a bigger world. It is the key for me to see more about the world. This term, our school has hired a foreign teacher, which makes me so excited about the English class and I cherish every lesson. The foreign teacher’s name is Jane and she is from America. When Christmas came, she gave us a surprise. She brought the desserts that were made by herself to us. We enjoyed her homemade food and listened to the stories she told us about the coming Christmas. It was a special festival for me, which was the first time I spent this day with foreign friends. I knew the meaning of this festival and the great atmosphere. It is such an amazing moment and so unforgettable for me.
我非常喜歡英語課，因為學習英語能給我看到更大的世界，這是我更多地了解這個世界的關鍵。這學期，我們學校聘請了一名外籍教師，這讓我對英語課感到非常興奮，我珍惜每一堂課。外教的名字叫簡，她來自美國。圣誕節來臨的時候，她給了我們一個驚喜，她給我們帶來了她自己制作的甜點。我們都很喜歡她自制的食物，聽她講述圣誕節即將來臨的故事。對我來說，這是一個特別的節日，這是我第一次和外國朋友在一起。我了解了這個節日的意義和熱鬧的氛圍。這是如此美妙的時刻，令我難以忘懷。
