Hi everyone!Today, I would like to talk about a littie bit about your interview in English. Hopefully the conversation will help you to prepare your interview efficiently.

M: Sure, please come in. I am May Smith, HR Director of the company. You must be April Chang.

A: Good morning, Ms. Smith. I am April Chang, nice to meet you!

A: All right, so give me a brief introduction about yourself.

M: Ok. My name is April Chang, from ABC university，and my major is Industrial Design. I will get my bachelor/master degree next year. During my college, I have excellent academic performance. I helped my professor to do some professional research and finished some design projects with my classmates. I took Toefl exam last month, and my score is 100.

When you are honest to others, you will receive honesty and respect from others. I have a strong sense of responsibility during my work. In my opinion, responsibility can help me to finish project perfectly and win more positive feedbacks.

M: Ok, I can tell that you performed excellently in school from your resume, but I would like to know that why you think you are fit for this position?

A: Firstly, I admire and agree with the employment development values that the company has adopted. More opportunity to the young people.

In addition, your company has a lot of great projects which are very precious opportunity for the graduates. I really hope to learn more professional experience from your company.

Thirdly, your company inspires people to find a good way to balance pressure and motivation. I am good at balancing pressure and motivation. When I deal with projects, I encourage myself to make pressure become to big motivations.
再次，貴公司啟發人們找到壓力和動力的平衡點。當我做項目的時候，我鼓勵自己化壓力為動力。(表示自己抗壓能力良好!)
M: Good, I am happy that you know our company well. You have to know that working with other colleagues is very important in our company. Any thought?

A: If there is any assignment for me, I will try my best to finish it to keep pace with other colleagues. I also enjoy working with others. I know the importance of team work. Sometimes, we may need second opinion from others, so the suggestions from colleagues are very valuable.

M: Excellent. What’s your main consideration in your current job hunt?

A: I prefer to pay more attention about learning experience. I think start to work in a good company is very important, because I can accumulate my working experience by finishing big projects and learn good attitudes and ideas from excellent team and colleagues.
我更傾向于學東西。我認為在一個好的公司開始工作很重要，我可以通過完成大項目來積累經驗，并且從優秀的團隊和同事身上學到更好的態度和想法。(新人就是學習和積累經驗!)
