It was raining when Tom was on his way home. He opened his umbrella and walked faster. Suddenly he saw an old woman staggering forward with a stick in her hand. She hadn't got an umbrella with her and was wet all over. Tom went up to her and tried to share his umbrella with her.

But the old woman was tall and he was too short to hold it high enough. Then he saw the old woman's stick and a good idea came to him. He tried hard to tie the stick to the handle of the umbrella. Then the umbrella was long enough for both of them. The old woman thanked him again and again. Then they went on walking home.

Yesterday evening a heavy rainstorm attacked our city.I would tell you something about what were students doing when rainstorm come to us.Some students were playing basketball in the gymwhen it began to rain heavily.

As the rain patting the old trees, all the dust was wiped away in no time, making them younger than ever. Everything is green, and green is flowing everywhere. The grass straightens their little limp body with enough water supply; the red Kapoks in the front gate were darkened, just like a burning flames high in the trees.

Someone may complain about the dampness and uncomfortableness of such weather. Indeed, everything feels wet. I believe if you stretch out and squeeze the air, there may be water trickling from you hand! Someone sighs at their forever-wet clothes, praying it will never rain tomorrow. As we walk we can feel the vapor, cool and fresh , or damp for someone who dislike this kind of weather.

Despite of its dampness and uncomfortableness, I still love rainy days, because it brings me a piece of calmness, with its harmonious concerto and refreshing cool feelings. Everything is cleaned in and out, the oxygen is pumped in multiply. As I’m listening to the concerto if spring frogs, I felt into my sweet dreams within seconds.

his morning was very comfortable.The sun was shining so I took a walk in the park.The wind blowed softly and the air was so fresh.I stayed for a while in the park to enjoy such a wonderful morning.

But in the afternoon it started to rain so hard.

The wind also blowed hard it made the window sounds scary.But the lightning and the thunder are ever scarier.I looked outside of the window and saw the trees and the flowers were all shaking.It rained about two hours and I could only stayed at home.After the afternoon thundershower the air became cooler and moister.My mum said I couldn't go outside because it was wet.

I really don't like raining days because it makes everything wet and I can't go playing outside.I like sunny days better so I hope it won't rain tomorrow.I hope it will be a warm,comfortable and sunny day.
