As a growing youngster, a healthy lifestyle is quite important for me. in my daily life, I insist on doing the followings, so I’m healthy.
I not only like all kinds of foods, but also enjoy doing some sports such as swimming, running and playing basketball to build a strong body. In my spare time I like playing computer games. I have a habit of brushing my teeth twice every day. By the way, it is very important for me and each growing child to have more than 8 hours’ sleep every day.
I’ll stop playing computer games to listen to music. I think I’ll be healthier.
